That lift hill sure does give you enough time to rethink your life.
The lift hill is half the ride
@Big Prick I smell a hypocrite
Let’s listen
Fucking True 😂😂
kinda sus
Imagine getting paid to stand on the lift hill waving at the riders when they know there about to rethink living. That’s a life of love
So sinister but imaginative!
They’re *
They're so polite
Rethink living? That’s not how we look at it. We’re thinking this is gonna be an awesome ride and I’m ready for the second round after I get off!!
prob scary because you can easily fall off
That worker at 0:58 is like "Bye, it's been nice knowing you".
😂😂
FireCracker3240 haha yah
FireCracker3240 the worker is like bye have a nice ride.
I was looking for their tethers, I didn't see any. I wouldn't work at that height without a safety harness.
Bye, I'll see you guys in the next life.. 😁😁
Fun fact, this is the second most expensive roller coasters in the world, at around 52 million USD. This is due to a combination of it's sheer length, as well as that fact that extra steel was required to make it earthquake resistant. The only roller coaster more expensive is Expedition Everest, which cost 100 million USD.
JG-77 wow, thanks for providing us with that information :)
That said, this ride doesn't have an entire freaking mountain built over it or a 20 foot tall yeti animatronic that broke after 6 months because it caused the concrete beneath it to crack and would require literally tearing the whole ride apart to get it safely functioning again.
Yeh but if losses its speed on the bunny hills
Fun fact 2, It seems a bit boring and attendances might indicate same.
I don't think they're getting much return on it anymore. I played roller coaster tycoon and watched the south park cartman theme park episode so that now makes an expert.
I'll send my CV to this theme park and tell them i want $10,000,000 per annum.
Just stop trying
I'd be scared as hell if I saw a maintenance worker on my ride. woulda thought I was about to die
In Japan, maintenance and safety is taken very serious. I have never felt safer in any other country I have ever been. But your point is still valid, just in context, it brings me comfort.
It's a test run. They're not customers.
@@hioeo No, if you were listening there was a person saying "woohoo!"
@@alexera_ probably one of the workers
1ZosoLZ
I can barely handle a roller coaster
1:38
Is this a scam?
Jaden Franco lol no it’s just a time stamp. You click it and it takes you to that time of the video
Eternal X im just now knowing that you could do that 🤣
@@iiyahl5407 lol
2:38 has got to be one of the coolest things one can see on a coaster
it's a shame the designers didn't get more creative with elements!
Everyone saying its boring....its basically dropping vertically a hundred metres then shooting up then shooting back down at over 100km an hour then that tunnel hill part feels like you're literally no longer on the tracks. Don't judge a ride by a video.
Seems legit
Thought same about Shambhala and when I got to ride it, boy I was wrong. It's so fast and I felt like I was floating whole time. Dragon Khan in the other hand, which looked more thrilling with its inversions was roughest ride and it was so boring. My neck was in pain whole afternoon after that
Sure it would be fun, but it's still incredible basic and bland. Just a scaled up b&m hyper made by a worse company. I guarantee a standard B&M hyper would be a better ride than this. Magnum XL-200 is tall and fast, but unless its a good day on the right seat, its a rough, airtimeless ride. Besides, a ride can be tall and fast but still be AWFUL. Take Desperado for example.
The bit after the MCBR looks fun, if the hills are fast enough to give airtime... The drop looks alright. The first hill and the endless turns (not even overbanked turns) look pointless though.
Fair enough. I guess you have to be there.
only coaster I've been on in Japan was Thunder Dolphin and I loved it =)
yooo rare twd coaster enthusiast comment 🤩
Man!! Japan's got the best rollercoasters! That looks super cool!
Seriously, this looks like one of the best-designed, non-inversion steel coasters out there! So smooth, epic drops and thrilling turns. Looks like a great time!
"I want to get off Mr. Bones Wild Ride..."
I was watching this at school and someone said "Hey that's Steel Force I went on that!"
It's...Steel Dragon, tho...
EpicEverythingDude75 Oh...I see. Sorry, I didn't read the other comment...
Reminds me of Steel Force too
+Time keeper Yeah
there dumb
2:59 hey you, you're finally awake
This ride has such an amazing name. It also reminds me a lot of Magnum XL-200.
But 2 chains in a lift hill? Good God.
Uhhhhhhh....... I'm going to Japan now!!!!
Are you still? Lol
Well ya cant now
One time when I was 11 or 12 I had to grip on to my mom as we rode the tower of terror (in disney world) because my seat belt was too loose.... I've ridden it 3 or 4 times since then and I've been fine but always make sure your belt is fastened tightly when riding rides. ALWAYS
It looks like an amazing ride. I love the wide turns and high speed.
This is my twelfth roller coaster ride this evening, and I’ve not even left my bedroom. The future isn’t too bad 😊
Seems a bit underwhelming tbh. yeah that drop looks fantastic, but the rest just kind of meanders around, going through small hills and turns.
Bones Malone exactly like The Big One at BPB in the UK 😣
Exactly what I was thinking and it reminded me of the Pepsi Max at BPB
Man...
...that is one EMPTY parking lot!
The heck was that guy doing on top of the catwalk?
Prob was his day off but he still showed up just to chill a the top.
That was probably his job for the 8 hours, Wave to everybody as they go pas, in a way, I wouldnt mind having that job, only thing I would want to be able to stand at the very top of the climb, so I could watch all the people go down the first drop, and get a great view of whatever else is around.....LOL
MrMichelNL maintenance work. People have to do that on top of Kingda Da ka
KartonnenDoos why?
Homer Simpson yes.
AWESOME way to get an adrenaline rush: an elevated, elongated one! Thank you SO much for posting this video - the HD resolution rocks.
This must be one of the most fun roller coasters ever!! World totally love to go on it one day.
Finally went to Japan and completed all of the gigas. I personally liked this coaster. It had a little rough looseness that made it feel out of control, but I didn't find it painful. It may be my third favorite giga, after Fury and MF. Unfortunately, I did not get to try Dodonpa at Fuji Q , as it was down the day I went to Mt Fuji, nor Thunder Dolphin at Tokyo Dome, as it was down for lengthy maintenance until July first of this year.
It's like if Millennium Force and Magnum XL 200 had a giant baby
I liked your comment, you know coasters. Why is beyond me and so is seeing my 1st coaster vid I've seen on youtube. I have it on pause just before it goes down. For me there is no greater fear than heights. and falling from them but now speed too?? Here goes..
That was amazing.. Its a work of art. But I'm staying on the ground.
God. 312 ft. I don't think I could handle one higher than that,, I almost passed out on both of those rides.
Length: 10/10
Thrill: Fat goose egg
ok
Wow I just realized this ride is basically like a bigger and longer version of Magnum
Morgan Drake eh. At the end of the day, its still a rollercoaster. Its fun.
Morgan Drake bruh
wow this is looks like really fantastically fun
Seems like a bigger and badder Magnum XL 200.
You mean worse? :P
Yeah, XD!
you mean more of an attempt to keep a world record than it is a roller coaster compared to the magnum?
CooperSlyKing I thought it seemed like a bigger and badder version of steel force at dorney park.
Michael Paolella Agreed. Same companies, and a more similar layout. Not many people realize that Magnum XL-200 is an Arrow Dynamics rollercoaster. But that's just Cedar Point fanboys for you.
I've been on this coaster on my Japan vacation last year, with the B&M trains. The best coaster in Japan in my opinion. And on the subject of Mogan's hypercoasters, they not only built Dorney Park's Steel Force, but also Desperado in Prim, Nevada, Mamba at Worlds of Fun, and Wild Thing at Valley Fair. Morgan also had plans to build an even larger coaster in Germany but the plans fell through.
Worlds longest rollercoaster.
Smfh half of its time was used on the chain lift.
They shoulda shortend the ride time by using a booster instead of a chain lift
This one has a really long lift hill.
watertakken it’s a giga. With a chain lift instead of a cable lift.
It's cool how the track's colors kinda represent the Japanese flag! :D
So awsome...I can feel the excitement and visualise the feeling just by watching it.
Thanks Robb. That was a fun rollercoaster ride.
I literally started shaking during the lift hill
i'm so going to go to Japan when I'm older just to ride this coaster, I over came my fear of roller coasters only 2 weeks ago and now I feel like I can ride any coaster except kingda ka
Top Thrill Dragster is scarier than kingda ka because the lap bars
And kingda ka has over the shoulders
It was the big one at blackpool pleasure beach that helped me over come my fear of rollercoasters
ive already been on this roller coaster
I'm a girl bruh! /:
Rode this today for the first time. Wanted to ride it again, but no one else wanted to. So much fun!
you guys do the best povs ever
Wait... you’re telling me it takes 1:38 seconds to Contemplate your life! Wow that’s long!
1:00 WTF?
meanwhile they are working???
There's always maintaining the ride
I find it funny that practically all Japanese coasters have catwalks along the entire track instead of just the lift hill and brake runs.
Finally a roller coaster video that has very good quality with an front row seat.
Although this coaster isnt perfect or whatever, i like that it provides such a lomg ride time, you would never get that in a b&m/intamin/vekoma...
All Morgan coasters are long for some reason...
eudamme this is a togo
Kyle Gardner As previously stated, this is a Morgan, not a Togo.
EpicEverythingDude75 little late
Sorry but banshee B&M at kings island ohio is a super long great ride.
You Hurt The Chain Lifts Feelings :(
i love that there's someone just chillin' at the top of the lift hill. Casual.
LOL at the guy waving off to the right at 0:58. I hope he's having a good day today.
I bet this ride has a metric ton of airtime.
0:58 HAHAHAHA :'D I just can't stop laughing because this guy hahahaha
Why it wasn't even funny 😐
@@zachkennedy9282 *You have no sense of humour.*
@@zachkennedy9282 your sense of humor sucks
those straight tracks are like:
"hey, look at my roller coaster tycoon 3 coaster!" - "good. we will build it."
Go to 1:35 to skip the chain hill
Why was the parking lot completely empty and no other rides operating?
Probably a sneak-peek without any visitors yet (very early in the morning)
Im not sure but i think they ask permission to go on closing hours and they can ride with no lines
2:58 when you walk out of a movie theater
Jack Whitehead lol
Awesome video!
Beautiful Roller Coaster!
Looks exactly like Magnum XL200 just bigger
Looks nothing like it
+Wagner Bros. the colours do, the turnaround does, same track and bunny hills at the end
+Coaster Fun the turn around is nothing like it
Coaster Fun Steel force from Dorney Park is bigger than Magnum XL200
The people who can't see the obvious similarities and decendancy between Magnum, Steel Force, and Steel Dragon simply don't have the eye for it. If there was away to sumperimpose aerial diagrams of the three in one image, it would make perfect sense.
STOP DEAFENING US RUclips ADDSSSSSSSSSSS GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
cool video, I liked seeing the view from the rear seat and from outside.
Its great to see that at least they go to different countries for these videos
1 minute to climb the hill,1minute 40 seconds of bunny hills? This sucks for a rollercoaster. If this is the future of rollercoasters then theme parks are not going to last long. Bring back the loops ,corkscrews, and big hills all together.
THE PHANTOM This ride was made in the 2000s and it's the worlds longest roller coaster
I'm sorry, but there's just something about Japanese coasters that I really dislike... I can't put my finger on it though...
You assume much, and conclude without factual confirmation. But sure, you can believe I'm racist about roller coasters if it makes you feel better. At least I don't live in the US with Master Trump running that gig. No thank you. 😅
This ride looks so awesome! :)
Man Sound's BUSTED!!
this ride is as stale as my bread
Maybe the longest, but also the most boring.
definitely the best ride i've ever been on
EXCELLENT CAMERA WORK! Great job on one of the cleanest, smoothest, highest tube coaster I have seen. Looks like a new park, just being built. I noticed they had guards at the top of hill one to keep people from getting out to enjoy the view. My only advise to the camera person would be to pan around at the top of hill 1 to show the view instead of being locked into looking forward. Great Job!
this looks awesome omg
What an absoulutely beautiul beast. I love inversions but this is so smooth and flowing it doesn't need them.
A Giga Coaster is a complete-circuit roller coaster with a height or drop greater than 300 feet. The term was coined by a Cedar Point and Intamin partnership after the construction of Millennium Force. So far, there are only three Giga coasters worldwide: Millennium Force at Cedar Point, Steel Dragon 2000 at Nagashima Spa Land in Japan, and Intimidator 305 at Kings Dominion.
I think I'm hard to please when it comes to roller coasters. This one looked really fun to ride and the drops look sensational, but basically that's all it is - up and down, up and down, make a turn, go up again, etc...... I love the loops, the corkscrew turns and going high up. Of course if I had a chance to ride this I certainly wouldn't turn it down and would probably ride it more than once or twice. :)
Big thumbs up for this one!👍
that guy at the end of the chain lift looked really happy at the job he has got
Most beautiful movement of train and its course
This is where I say my last goodbye
Beautiful.
I WANT TO GO ON THIS RIDE OMG! Looks so smooth! X
I don't like many rollercoasters, but this one I would love❤
I got chills just watching this!
That 1st drop is to live for!!
Nice quality :D
This looks like a ride I would love :D I wish it was closer! Dx
that is crazy that it take damn near two minutes to reach the top (i like that, makes the ride more scary).
fast and smooooooooooooooooth!!!! this looks like a great ride.
It's not just the world'a longest coaster, but also the worlds tallest non-launched coaster
This looks like my personal ideal coaster.
holy shit, uploaded right after the earthquake
Having fun is part of life.
Best ride ever!
Awesome!!!
There's a few Intamin coasters in Japan too with decent chain lifts like Thunder Dolphin and Kawasemi
Ive been on this my sis lived in japan and when we went to visit. We went here best time ever
Coming out of the tunnel is like climbing out of the womb and seeing light for the first time.
Before the ride: nothing will happen
After the ride:so where is my soul
this looks so fun!!! But more scary!!
The ratchet chain makes the most harrowing sound ive ever heard, and I wouldn't want the job of the guy at the top for all the gold in the world, but man its a long ride! The speed sensation of that first drop must be crazy.
Oh, thank you! :D I consider that a huge compliment. ^_^
The first thing I noticed was - no vibrations! This must be the world's smoothest roller coaster!
I can see the roundness of the world
these people seem so relaxed, like they been on this thousands of times. Its like they riding a train!lol
