Hi guys. Any chance of providing a circular hole adaptor rather than the diamond hole for attaching more commonly available blades (for at least where I am). I really want a saw with the blade on this side but I don't want to lock myself out of common consumables. I'm pretty sure it would be easy to provide an adaptor as when I had a look at the saw at the local hardware store the diamond shaped saw blade holder could just slide out; if I had a lathe and knew how to temper metal I'd give it a shot... but I don't... :) Thanks...
Acme Tools Thank you. I hope they do, might have to 3D print a solution and sell it on amazon lol. It looks like they had initially thought of doing it, because of the screw holes that are located at that spot. Thank You again👍🏻👍🏻
This saw is designed for the US market. As long as you have a way to charge the battery, it will work. DeWalt won't tell us if the European batteries will work in this saw.
Why is this a left handed saw. Over manufacturers make their rear handle saws left handed too. Also, why did you make the plate on this saw look like a fisher price Toy? It looks cheesy and so does the guard. Why not nice flat aluminum plate like the 115 volt saw I have and right handed or offer both a a right handed and left handed.
Hi again, cheers for getting back. It’s probably a pipe dream of mine to own a worm drive saw corded or cordless.
Damm that’s a good designed saw . Sounds like it’s a beast cutting in the video .

Great video!! Just got this saw.
Do you know if there is a dust adapter for the dcs577? I do see that there is a connection for one!
Thank You
There is not currently a dust adapter for this saw. There may be a solution from DeWalt soon.
