Unless people here have actually watched his two most recent interviews, I think we're making him out to be a crazy person that he is not. I am by no means a fan or follower of Kanye but I can really appreciate and understand some of the arguments he makes. For instance, he said him meeting with Trump and taking that picture so long ago was not to necessarily agree with Trump's values but he said you need to cross that bridge and meet with love in order to make the other side understand and eventually break the ice to make a change. He also stresses a lot about "love". He's just saying love everyone! He truly believes love can conquer all and that's really not a bad way to look at things. Just because we're all so negative and pessimistic does not mean he has to think the same way which brings us to his argument about free thought. I agree with him on his notion that this society influences our thinking so damn much. Ask yourselves, are there not things you want to openly express but can't because you're afraid of a backlash? Whether on social media or even around friends and colleagues?! It's true. We are enslaved mentally to think and say what society deems appropriate. And he also made a comment about that hat pic in his tmz interview. He said he wore that hat because he wants to make America great in his own way. Unless people here have actually watched his two most recent interviews, I think we're making him out to be a crazy person that he is not. I am by no means a fan or follower of Kanye but I can really appreciate and understand some of the arguments he makes. For instance, he said him meeting with Trump and taking that picture so long ago was not to necessarily agree with Trump's values but he said you need to cross that bridge and meet with love in order to make the other side understand and eventually break the ice to make a change. He also stresses a lot about "love". He's just saying love everyone! He truly believes love can conquer all and that's really not a bad way to look at things. Just because we're all so negative and pessimistic does not mean he has to think the same way which brings us to his argument about free thought. I agree with him on his notion that this society influences our thinking so damn much. Ask yourselves, are there not things you want to openly express but can't because you're afraid of a backlash? Whether on social media or even around friends and colleagues?! It's true. We are enslaved mentally to think and say what society deems appropriate. And he also made a comment about that hat pic in his tmz interview. He said he wore that hat because he wants to make America great in his own way. Loni nailed it! He hasn’t properly mourned his mom, I honestly believe after his mom passed he lost it. I am praying someone helps Kanye not because he supports Trump but because he needs help and it seems people around him aka the Kardashian aren’t helping him.
