It would have to be a super amazing cafe to get me up at 0530!! Then of course I realised that the cafe was just an excuse to have a different place to work. The sushi restaurant was just amazing. The only staff evident was the lady who showed you to your seats and the chefs preparing the food. The best part was to see you laugh. I have not seen you laugh before and laughter is so important in life. I'm glad you and your friend had a good time. I don't like crowds of people either but all you have to remember is that you were only there to get some good deals and you did it. Mission accomplished. I enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing it. Funny, I would prefer to live in a quiet and low populated town, but I really enjoy visiting big cities for the hustle and bustle of all the people. Then it's nice to get back again. I've always wanted to try a revolving sushi bar. I think I'd prefer to take a plate at a time instead of loading up the table. When eating raw fish, do you every worry about parasites? Ever known anybody to have issues? 🖖

If you put a light amount of oil, butter, or cooking spray into the bottom of the pan prior to adding the eggs, they should slide out easily from the pan to the plate after cooking them.
Oil and butter are added fats, one reason the cooking habits in the states lead to the high morbid obesity. Japanese cuisine utilises a healthier approach to cooking, hence the lower incidents of morbid obesity, diabetes, etc al that infects the west. That is a nonstick pan this young man is using. As he stated in the video he merely needs a spatula which he intends on purchasing. Learning from other cultures should proceed trying to incorrectly and indiscriminately influence other cultures.
I love to use olive oil. Not only for the health benefits but also for the flavor. I have a shop that sells flavored olive oils using natural ingredients like herbs. Very delicious but slightly pricey. So I can't buy them all the time. Using non stick pans isn't always the best choice as they can possibly pose some health risks. But isn't that pretty much the way with almost everything nowadays?
