Hey, I have bc coils and installed bags over coils it’s great but just want to know, How would I raise the rear from the shock? Do I have to worry about preload since I don’t have the collar on the spring? Basically I would just use the shock and adjust height correct?
@@shuzei8989 it was good bro I just had never used one of those rivot ever so I wasn’t tightening it right but you gotta basically tighten it real hard and it will expand and grab on to the hole
@@luisbarrios4430 ah i see, i came to the situation that i accidental drilled the second layer 9/16 just like the first, which is why it was loose due to the borehole being too big 😭

How did you install the rivet? And how can you remove it if you need to?
We just did it! Really easy with the rivet hand tool. I believe the only way to remove it is to drill it out though!

Tbh I don't think it has a name it's just a bolt and hex screw you can even do this with a regular bolt and over sized nut
what size drill bits did u use for the rear bags? to drill into the top where the bag sits.
I bought one of those dewalt drill kits and just kept going up until I got the perfect size. I think it was like 15 bucks

Use a steel bar to hold it down that way you have leverage

Right you just have to adjust the rear shock for ride hieght it doesn't have a spring for preload

You dumb question do you need bags for both front and rear?
Yeah each wheel needs a bag.It is possible to only do the front or even the rear if you want but it's better to do all 4.
