    A question.... Got a box of the hardest Graham crackers in the world. Please how do I soften them? Do I do the same as with cookies?

      Put them in ziploc bag and break them into smaller pieces, then place in food processor

    Made this 2 times now 1st one didn't come out, that's was my hiccup, 2nd time, came out to liquidy, the bottom of the cake is mushy. I follow the recipe step-by-step not to miss any ingredients, (like the first time) Not sure what's going :( Your batter comes out firm, my comes out liquidy...I didn't add the pecans would that make a difference? I love this recipe. I even went back several times to watch the video. Please Help

      Maybe your oven temp distribution differs from his? Might need a longer bake time.
      Or it could be the missing pecans?
      Have you tried adding more graham cracker crumbs? Or a little flour? Or taking away an egg to fight against the wetness you're getting in your cake?
