  • MYANMAR Keeps Surprising Me!! In this Myanmar (Burma) vlog I am in Nyaungshwe and we visit a market and Myanmar keeps surprising me with its amazing burmese culture. We walk around this Myanmar market and try some different street foods of Myanmar and talk to many Burmese local people. The people in this Myanmar market were very kind and welcoming to me.

    Who am I?
A man from the USA trying to discover the world one place at a time, while sharing the experiences through my lens. I like traveling to places that are usually not first on most people’s itinerary and showing everyone that these places are worth the journey. I want to experience all the countries I visit as a member of the society but at the same time learn about the culture, food and beautiful people. Growth is not achievable without leaving your comfort zone, so just do it!

😊 enjoy the Shan Ethnic culture there :D Shan people also live in Northern Thailand and China. Nyaungshwe is still the outermost part of Shan State.... the deeper you go after that ..... people start speaking only in their ethnic language and they dont usually speak Burmese. These exotic areas are unfortunately the most conflict ridden areas not accessible for tourism.
