20-25 large shrimp
16 oz mild Italian sausage
1 tsp Italian
1 tsp chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 half teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup bell peppers mixed
36 oz chicken broth
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy cream 2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon minced garlic

I made this last night for my mom for Mothers Day and it was so so good! I subbed cauliflower rice so i wasn’t able to add the chicken broth as it would make it soggy and i struggled with that butter sauce chile 🤣

This looks like the Habanero chicken bowl that sold at some places minus the shrimp. It looks mouthwatering and could also be sandwiched in a pita, naan bread. Always wondered how that sauce is made.

Again...another delicious recipe...I have 2 bags of frozen 16-20s in freezer right now. I don't have any heavy cream on hand but I do have some Boom Boom Sauce from Walmart ( it's a sriracha chili sauce type mayo) I think I will substitute that for butter cream sauce...can't wait to try it!

True to my word I made this dish last night and my family and myself rated it a 10 we all loved the flavors however I substituted ground turkey for Italian sausage, but nevertheless it was delicious.

I love Haitian food. I spent many years every summer with Lifeline Missionary. I love bananas and Galbraith just to name a couple. I don't know what you call the rice balls with the cheese in it but I loved it too. And I'm not sure if I'm spelling things correctly. I would love to learn as much as I can of their food from Haiti.
