Lala and Scheena have one of those sisterly relationships where even when they’re fighting, no one takes it seriously. Lol I love this convo! These girls have a way of keeping it relatable. That’s the best part.

My husband treated me to SUR on a surprise trip to LA and I got so nervous when I went to the restroom. I wanted to see if anyone were working (and not look like a creepy lol) but I only saw Lisa’s sons working (this was like 6…7 years ago?). I looooved Vanderpump Rules and both you and Lala

I'm a recovering addict from opiods and will deal with it for the rest of my life but for anyone struggling, I promise you the grass is so much greener on the side of sobriety ❤️❤️❤️ And yes dating when getting clean or sober is the best thing you can do to not use!!

my girls!!!! vpr is my safe place, playing 24/7 in my house (im not kidding, every day it's playing all day and has been since season 1). i have a 4 month old baby girl and now she loves the show, in the 4 months she has been here weve watched all seasons 5 times! lol.

Scheana! You are adorable. I love your vulnerability and honesty so much. I truly don't think you yet realise how strong, bright, beautiful, lovely, creative, kind and capable you are. You have been through soo much trauma in your friendship group.. and in some of your love relationships, on a show that is viewed world wide. It's a completely standard response.. that you now feel traumatised over seemingly little things. Life IS a series of little things. Unfortunately, your brain has evidence that you can be treated poorly, despite your kindest or best efforts. And that is really hard stuff. This might sound extreme.. but you were the scape goat for a very toxic trio of girls. You were set up.. and gas lit.. yet if you ever said that.. then you were made to feel paranoid. You will heal. It's about rewiring your brain until you truly understand that you are not going to ever be treated like that again. You don't treat people that way.. so why should you be treated any differently? Once your brain is rewired.. your whole expectation of situations will change- drastically. As will your perception.. and your biochemical response. It will all come together. Keep doing therapy and read anything rekevant that you can.. as it will make it all happen sooner. The upside is the lessons you can teach Summer.. so she never has to experience the same sort of trauna- from people who are meant to be her friends etc. 🌼 I love your podcast and YT channel. You are kicking so many goals while still being such a great Mum and Partner. Love Lala too!

I don't know if you will read this or remember, but I was at the grove maybe 5 or 6 years ago with my friend and I remember you both came up to my friend and I for whatever reason in front of Topshop and we started talking very brief moment. You both were so sweet. This was before you both had babies, but I didn't realize how close you both were. Seeing you both thriving makes me so happy. I wish nothing but the best for you both. My friend now has a baby and we are all around the same age. I feel like the things you all go through are similar in terms of family and friendships. Very inspiring podcast.

Wow I have bad anxiety that I'm on medication for and just started therapy and was diagnosed with OCD as well, not post pardem and my therapist is amazing and has this amazing plan for me! But also hearing that I'm not alone with these things means the world so thank you so much for sharing it helps more than you will ever know!!!

Can I recommend N-acetyl cysteine (NAC). I took it for Covid, but was surprised to find it calmed my anxiety and intrusive thoughts right down. Looked into it, and there are some good studies to back this up.

My mom and dad both went back to college when I was born, and my dad worked swing shift at a factory so constantly being changed to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift pretty much every other week. And my mom was in nursing school. With my brother and sister being in elementary and middle school lol so I got passed around a lot.
But my mom used to get offended whenever she dropped me off at my grandmas or my aunts and I wouldn’t cry 😅😂 I was NEVER the kid at a sleepover that had to call their mom half way through the night lol
Scheana that is so funny that Summer touches all the parts of your face before she goes to bed. My daughter is 2 and does the same thing! It started when I stopped laying her in her crib asleep, too. I totally relate to everything you've said about parenting :)

I also think people like us we also don’t get affected by what most people consider rejection, like if someone tells us no it’s like ok on to the next we don’t take it personal, whereas most fear hearing no to the point they won’t even ask and miss out on so many things … I always tell people it’s just a 2 letter word
Scheana, I’ve been re-watching and binging VPR since 2019. I come all the way from Kuwait. You should know, the viewers are also going through similar stuff that you guys are going through, but there’s just one thing that can never ever cross my mind and I really hope you could answer. Based on all the seasons, I’ve realized you really are strong and mature, probably the strongest and most mature out of everyone. Scheana, how could you forgive and move on from what Lala did? I know what she did wasn’t as bad as what others may do. But based on the last season especially, she really really showed off her true colors, Scheana, Lala bas a black heart, she projected her insecurities on to you, she demeaned you & the father of your baby, she was jealous, and she threw you under the bus many times to make you look bad. Everything happened to her was Karma, but how do you move on? How are you that strong? How do you insist on seeing the good side of someone, when infact, there isnt. After everything you did to Lala, all the times you’ve helped her and been with her, I still dont get how she favors “Katie” and “Stassi” who only became friends with her when they got on the PJ. All I ever wanted as a fan, was to see you fully straight on stand up to yourself when it comes to Lala, I got so mad when she kept attacking and you were quiet in the last season. Scheana, you didnt even demean or laugh about how karma got her so bad! You’re such an amazing person. I dont get how you do that but you deserve to know that. Lala will never have a leg to stand on and I hope in the future, if she ever bothered you, you would put her in her place. ❤
I definitely have grown to love scheana and I see her pure heart. I definitely feel no guy is good enough for her, I'm sorry but it's just how I feel. Watching her go thru everything and seeing these men use and take advantage as been very difficult to watch from the sidelines aka tv. I truly hope and pray Brock really is in this for true love. She deserves true love 100%

I will say I had those fear and I will say you chill so much with the second I was a huge helicopter parent and the second I am a bit but not on the same level but definitely get to a place where your ready but y'all both are wonderful parents great mom's I know it's hard to doubt yourself go with your mom gut. And yes you need the mom friend so see what works and what doesn't

oh man for a good 2 minutes i was wondering why you guys werent looking at each other and then saw the line LOL. you should put little frames around each shot and like you have an iconic one that you always have and the guests always changes slightly (e.g. how pewdiepie has the red/black frame on his picture-in -picture vids and then guests have the same frame just a different color). obviously not critical at all just a random suggestion!
