Peter feels like one of the most real and respectable guys on VPR. I’m glad he’s built such a home at the restaurant, and I really disliked the way he was spoken about during this recent season. From an outsider perspective, Peter shoots his shot and wants to find love with a woman he finds admirable (from the information presented to him).
looking at the episodes before the scandal came out and watching Raquel acting like Ariana's best friend while secretly sleeping with her guy was astonishing. Ariana defended her when others said they didn't trust her made everyone realize how much Ariana cared about Raquel.
I didn't realise that Peter was legitimately the manager. I thought he was just the 'on the show' manager. Just like I thought Rachel was only waitressing for TV and not when the cameras are down. I like how enthusiastic he is about his job. Go Peter. Edit: Peter is very handsome but he doesn't get enough airtime so I never get to see it.
I remember on the show Scheana said she will always feel like Tom got away with something in regards to Miami girl but she was going to put it aside because Ariana was happy. Then there was another time when Ariana and Tom were mad about what Scheana told Ariana's mom when she asked about her daughter. And Scheana kept saying she was sticking by what she said about Tom but they wouldn't let up on her so she apologized so her friendship with Ariana could continue. So it seems like Scheana had to repeatedly ignore her own intuitions about Tom so it didn't impact her friendship with her best friend. So when she says in the podcast she's looking back and questioning everything with Tom, well yeah, you couldn't question it beforehand. You weren't allowed.
I loved this interview with Peter!!!! I think he doesn't get as much screen time because he is a great guy with morals who doesn't get into the drama but his realness is so refreshing and I hope he has more of a presence next season! We all want more Peter in our lives!
Oh and I have to give respect to Brock for telling Rachel to call Oliver's wife instead of just going on that date with him that night. I feel like that wouldn't let Oliver off too easy as far as the show goes. It felt like his energy was saying 'fck what he has to say, ask the woman saying that she's being cheated on rather than giving him airtime to spin his bs' and his little nervous giggle 'I don't want to be here' felt like he was speaking for all of us. I have so many questions about y'all's friendship with her. It seems like it would be maddening to be around someone that one dimensional. She seems to never have an original thought and just jumbled up what the people around her have said and then delivers the same message at .25 speed

I think this is what she was referring to. Always have loved Peter. I think that he doesn't get more airtime because he doesn't involve himself in any drama. Rachel brought him into this season without him even knowing that she was using him. We now know that there were suspicions. Rachel and Tom denied it when questioned, and the friend group believed them. I guess that we'll find out everything at the reunion. I'm wondering how much Ariana suspected. Hearing what Scheana said today, it sounds like she was even more hurt and angry because she had asked Rachel about it and she denied it. It wasn't only the betrayal that Rachel and Tom were having an affair that caused his explosive fallout. It's the LYING about it when asked. That aggravated the fallout. Also, didn't Rachel suggest somewhere that Peter was too old for her? Isn't Tom a year or so older than Peter? I might be wrong that she said that.

It's interesting, I like how the Bone Collector account showed the scene of Sandoval holding and caressing Rachel's face while she smiles and says "we always said we wouldn't do it if it isn't worth it" which shows how strategic they really were. I love my Lala but I'm so mind blown that she isn't as confused as I am about how Scheana and Brock were so blindsided and never picked up a single vibe as much as they all did stuff together. I can't imagine that they were so slick that they didn't slip up once even just Coachella weekend for instance. Maybe I'm just sad after this whole season of Scheana showing zero empathy or basic understanding for Katie. It felt like that whole side that argued it wasn't a big deal were either gaslighting or live in a completely different reality than most people because it was just wrong.
Scheana's friend group have historically been outsiders, which is why I think they ride so hard for eachother - despite the reality of their situations. Because Stassi was always the star of the show, her friendships were always a lot more authentic... she was friends with people she liked rather than latched on to people to make sure she stayed within the VPR sphere. Scheana was blindsided by Raquel, because she was too busy unleashing her hatred and venom on Katie.

Holy Kentucky Derby ~ Peter is NO "Starter Pony" he's a damn thoroughbred ... I know! I grew up in Del Mar, my Dad was a member of The Turf Club - spent my summers in that exclusive environment --- again, Peter is definitely a thoroughbred horse 🐎 🥰 ‼️
Scheana is so likeable now. She has really grown up and seems very happy. I am genuinely happy for her. Her and Brock are good for each other.

I really enjoyed this episode, I've always liked Peter. My conspiracy: Peter is puposefully underused on VPR because Lisa does not want to lose him as a manager at SUR. Unlike the Tom's he's the real deal, give him the same platform/business opportunities and he would FLY.
I have always said why don’t they show Peter more often? He seems to be a great guy. If I was on the show and a lot younger lol he’s the one I would go after. Vanderpump rules needs to make Peter a regular instead of a few appearances. And yes time to cut the pony he’s such a handsome guy. Bring him back and give him a storyline PLEASE MORE PETER!
It's interesting, I like how the Bone Collector account showed the scene of Sandoval holding and caressing Rachel's face while she smiles and says "we always said we wouldn't do it if it isn't worth it" which shows how strategic they really were. I don't know why Bravo removed that edit and put in a lesser bad edit with Rachel just saying "it turned out so bad" (well duh Rachel!) Anyway, I guess I'm in the minority but I really like Peter's hair!

I love my Lala but I'm so mind blown that she isn't as confused as I am about how Scheana and Brock were so blindsided and never picked up a single vibe as much as they all did stuff together. I can't imagine that they were so slick that they didn't slip up once even just Coachella weekend for instance. Maybe I'm just sad after this whole season of Scheana showing zero empathy or basic understanding for Katie. It felt like that whole side that argued it wasn't a big deal were either gaslighting or live in a completely different reality than most people because it was just wrong.
It’s hard to show a bully like Katie empathy after they put Scheana through hell in the past. Katie deserves to take a seat and fix herself.

Scheana's friend group have historically been outsiders, which is why I think they ride so hard for eachother - despite the reality of their situations. Because Stassi was always the star of the show, her friendships were always a lot more authentic... she was friends with people she liked rather than latched on to people to make sure she stayed within the VPR sphere. Scheana was blindsided by Raquel, because she was too busy unleashing her hatred and venom on Katie.
@@melliemay5949 I honestly dont know what you mean by this? What did Katie do? Being harsh with your mouth and inauthentic and spiteful are two different things. Katie can say mean (but true) things, but Scheana is spiteful. I'm honestly shocked she is riding for Ariana so hard - I'm really curious to know what about her friendship with Ariana is unique, because I honestly don't think she would have cared if Raquel had done this to any other friend.
It takes one to know one and Lala is a lot like Sandoval as in screwing around with "friends" Ariana and James/taking the "deal" as in Randal without thinking of consequences first. Not trying to be rude but just saying what we know.

I'd love to see more Peter! I was not super excited to follow the new crew; I wanted to see more Peter after some of the early crew left. I feel like Peter has the most normal reactions to situations. When Peter found out about Jax and Kristen he did not hold back on how passed he was. Everyone else was so normal about it or excusing it(schwartz🙄)

i met peter at SUR when i was 18 (like 7 years ago 😳) and he was sooo kind. he gave a very inspiring speech on growing up and becoming an adult and he seemed super friendly and genuine! :)
