The final line is interesting. On a superficial level, the repetition of "Long Johnson" after the line about "Long John" is merely filler, to bookend the poem, ending it as it began. I believe it goes deeper than that. As discussed previously, this can certainly be interpreted as a love poem between the author and Long John's Son, Don Piano, meaning this line could very well be a clever double entendre.

While I respect your opinion, I do believe you to be incorrect. The most common interpretation in respected circles is, "why I eyes ya." While you can argue that this isn't "grammatically correct" art isn't beholden to any conventions, it can be abstract and interpretive.
In this case, I believe that the peculiar dialect the author employs with this line is tongue in cheek, as if to say, "I understand the conventions and *choose* to ignore them." In humorous juxtaposition to the sublimely articulate language used in the rest of the composition.
I watch this like every three months..classic!
