This is really neat . I'm glad you made it. I learned a great lick that I've heard many times but didn't have a clue as to how to play it. Thanks,I enjoy all your vids
Right, but I think I played a Dsus4 where you called it Bm. The numbers, in G are G(I), a(ii), b(iii), C(IV), D(V), e(vi), F(VII). Major chords are upper case and minors are lower case. Technically, the seven should be F#dim, but that's so rarely used as to be irrelevant, so I'll use the major chord of the flat 7. The number system is QUITE handy for use in transposing, and for discussing chords; I'd urge you to read up on it
Thanks for breaking this one down, as it's been a great beginner tune for me. Also, I completely agree with you about moving in stages, it's like close harmonies. THe details matter beyond rationale.
You do great videos buddy and any ADD issues are irrelevant. Keep them coming man, God Bless you.

What, that ii-VII-V thing? That is a cool thing.
SteelguitarLane I'm not sure of the numbers I see it as Am F Bm D. I will enjoy trying it in other songs.

Your awesome lane ! Thanks for the knowledge and lesson
You're quite welcome
I was confusing this melody with City lights, which steelers also play in G. Both songs were recorded by Ray Price as well.
Hallo Steelguitar Lane ;)
