Ridge Racer Arcade

You play as the iconic F/A Racing car of the game series,gameplay is only in first person to be more immersive e simulative.
The game consists of 4 race course modes. They are the "Novice", "Intermediate", "Advanced" and "Time Trial" (on the screen will show "T.T" instead).
The "Novice" and the "Intermediate" would be racing on the same circuit. However, the Novice mode only has 2 laps and there were no night racing.
On the Intermediate mode, the cars will be faster. The race will run 3 laps instead of 2 and there will be night racing in the middle.
Once the player advances to "Advanced" and "Time Trial", the circuit will be longer as a technical section is added with more sharp and difficult curves.
The "Novice"", "Intermediate" and the "Advanced" will be a 12 cars battle but the "Time Trial" will be the battle of 2 cars only.
After that you select Transmission between Automatic or Manual transmission. Automatic transmission (AT) permits less experienced players easier turns and drifts, while manual transmission (MT) restricts the AI from assisting but allows more experienced players to gain faster track times.
At the same time,you choose between the six music songs you wanna listen.
The game record your name only In the T.T. race course,end in first place in every tracks give you an instant replay.

Ridge Racer is an arcade 1993 racing video game developed and published by Namco for System 22 arcade system board. It is the first title in the Ridge Racer series released for arcades.
Upon the release Ridge Racer was called by Namco "the most realistic driving game ever".The game featured three-dimensional polygon graphics with texture mapping and various types of terrain. Namco advertised it as being the first coin-operated video game with texture mapping.
