A lot of land potential is so awesome
I’ve just started watching content creators from Africa: I like the vlogs and shopping and cooking videos. I like the land and house tours, but what’s missing for me - and I don’t know who covers this: Is regional news, the local political landscape, schools, infrastructure - the extent to which large multinational companies have made a footprint (or ideally not make a footprint), stock exchanges… that kind of thing.
Thanks for today's tour!
You should watch the local news channels for the country you are interested in. Or BBC and CNN Africa...most countries aside from the USA cover world news I find
Thank you for sharing.
Very informative. Thanks for sharing👍
I love to see Africans building wealth together with black Americans ❤😊
Greetings sister and blessings to your family. I just subscribed to your channel and I will be asking you some questions from time to time. We just came back from Nianing after a vacation 2 days ago. The wife and I love Senegal and it's people who are our people! We are discussing building a home to rent out and for us to use 2 months out the year. During our stay, the electric turned off no less than 20 times. I was informed this is an ongoing problem in Senegal. 1. Is this true? 2. How does your solar work and what is the average monthly cost for your electric? 3. Are there property taxes and if so what is the average, car insurance average etc? 4. What town did you build in? 5. How do you reach emergency services police, fire etc? Thank sister. Peace from New Jersey
With solar my electricity is free and we never have power outages. Car insurance you pay maybe $20 a year(you basically save ur money and repair your vehicle yourself, no one sues anyone ever) property tax maybe $100 a year if I had to guess. If it's a medical emergency someone drives you to the nearest hospital, police are more for traffic control and crime prevention. There are fire departments. I live in Malicounda just 8 minutes outside of Mbour. You're welcome
Blessings family. I'm interested in land for farming as well as a dwelling place. What's the average cost of an acre where you're looking? Leaving this place soon 😁
Maybe 14k USD
@@AfroMillennialMomma perfect, that's what I needed to know
Is Senegal mostly desert or do they have greener areas?
North is dessert South is tropical. Currently during the rainy season everything in this region is completely green. This was filmed back in May.
Nice
I love the way you all give back with such humanity..I know that my transition in y'all , n @DailahSoul hands will be safe n secure today I'm binge watching to try to catch everything Happy 12th Anniversary again
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Did the transaction end up happening?
Nope. If memory serves, they changed the price from what they initially said and I believe they didn't know the exact measurements of the plots they were selling. Don't quote me, though. I think this was 2 years ago
I'm curious if one could live comfortably there and not speak French? If one learned Wolof, would that be just as good as learning French?
I would estimate about 50% of the population doesn't speak French, and another 40% don't speak any Wolof...people are resourceful and they find a way. There are anglophone communities, Pulaar communities, Nigerian communities, Beninese, Ivorians, Bambara, Guinea-Bissau, Americans, French, Lebanese and Chinese, South Americans, Italians, Spaniards. As immigrants no one is ever 100% comfortable, you do what you gotta do.
You can survive 100% with French cause all documents are in French. Wolof gives you street credit. The numbers are French, receipts, bills, invoices, text messages, etc...Wolof is what you use with people who haven't attended formal school, maybe a taxi driver or housekeeper and at the outdoor markets
Wólof fula diola Ext is one langua in senegal french too ( thany Bro Djadieuf ) (Nagadef hello )
Greetings and blessings family. I am also very serious about purchasing land for farming and living. The southern part of Senegal is what I am interested in. Perhaps 2-3 acres. I see the cost. How to contact you to discuss further? It's time for my sons and I to return home. Thank you for the time you take.
Not sure how much land cost in the southern region but we can definitely find out. You can email afromillennialmomma@gmail.com and also see our company website for more info on the services we provide afromillennialenterprise.com
