    I like how you noted in the video about the respect of asking a customer to sit on his bike.... I'm sure many dealerships don't have that mindset. I was brought up to be respectful towards others. So I appreciate hearing a dealer speaking about that.

      @@throttleblip9854 I appreciate it. I’ve decided to keep my street glide and go with a quick and nimble soft tail. Either the fat bob or the fat boy…. I rode the fat bob today and I liked it, but can’t find a fat boy to ride. I don’t think it will handle as well as the bob but the fat boy is beautiful. This is my struggle.

    I test rode one of these, back to back with my 2021 Forty-Eight. My Forty-Eight has 13” Legend Revo shocks, a full stage one, etc.
    To put it bluntly, the Fat Bob 114 felt like a lot like my Forty-Eight, although it did feel heavier and had better suspension front and rear.
    I was test riding the Fat Bob for a friend that’s interested in getting his first Harley. Before I rode it, I was a bit fearful I might wind up wanting one for myself, and I do, just not enough to trade my trusty Forty-Eight for it…
    That’s high praise, as I really love my Forty-Eight…

    I’m in the market for a new bike early next year. For me, it’s between the Harley Fat Bob, the Harley Softail Slim and the Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster. I think the edge goes to the Fat Bob, but we will see. I love this bike! Before I didn’t like the Fat Bob headlight or the exhaust. Now I love them! I love everything about the Fat Bob 114! I also love the Slim because of the modern yet retro look, and because it is the Captain America bike from Avengers! Then lastly, I love the look and class of the Triumph Speedmaster! It will be a tough choice.

Space below the mirrors is limited, so it feels inconvenient to move fingers from the throttle to the break (and clutch) and second, indicators are hard to reach for thumbs. @@throttleblip9854 I traded it today and I've had my Fat Bob for about 8 hours and I've already put 60 break in miles on it. The only thing I don't like is the cheap side mount license plate frame set up and the small short rider foot pegs.
      I sure like to know what options are out there for a better license plate location and bracket and better options for a mini floorboard or something like that to replace those pathetically small foot pegs for my size 13 shoe, otherwise I absolutely love everything else about the bike

    Somebody tried to tell me there was a 5 gallon tank on the 2021, this was a lie then. This would be my bike saving the lack of fuel capacity.

    • @throttleblip9854
      @throttleblip9854  3 года назад

      Nope. I think the smaller tank looks great on this bike from the side. I never really go super far so I don't necessarily NEED the extra fuel but I know a lot of people do.
