It doesn't smell. Red snapper dosent have a strong smelll. But the flavor from the marinade is amazing

No please don't air fry after Saute .. it will be overcooked... i just put it in the air fryer for presentation and pictures

400F for 10 mins and when you flip sides for 6 minutes

This looks very tasty. Quick question: l like eating the head of the fish because it is very crunchy. 😆 well, l find that when l make fish in the air fryer, it's not as crunchy. Any tips on how to go about that?
