Such lovely lady making a beautiful work of art and making it seem so effortless witch is far from reality or atleast my experiences seem to be extremely difficult
Hello Alaina, I have been watching all the videos of Oshkosh from the aviation community, looks like it was a beautiful week. I am jealous, I could not get to Air Venture this year. How did your EAA Propeller look at Oshkosh? That is so exciting that you were chosen to build the Prop for EAA this year !! 😎😎 Is that the new glue that you are using? Did you get the issues resolved with lamination? Looks like you were making Fudge or Taffy with the mixture.🤩🤩😃😃 So, are you done with your Private Pilot Certificate? What a blast to be able to fly behind one of your propellers. Hope that you get the chance soon. Wonderful to get a video from Culver again.
I noticed you only used a dust mask when mixing your adhesive. You would be better protected with a chemical respirator. Also eye protection. You have generally good safety practices but cut corners that could hurt you seriously. Wouldn't want to loose a precious propeller maker to injury. We would really be bummed at that. Your craftsman is excellent. Keep it up. 👍
thank you very much for increasing my knowledge about my flight from Indonesia, very happy to see the content in a relaxed and focused manner.. I really want to be able to work there, maybe I can't imagine how happy it is.. sweet friendly Mrs. success then
I haven't been in 7th grade shop for 45 years but I think that resin is the same stuff our shop teacher had us using 45 years ago.... His name was Charlie Smith. We called it Chucks Wonder Glue..HA!...We always wondered if ti was going to hold or not (and it did!) . Thanks for the great videos!
Hello Alina, greets from The Netherlands, I really love this video, it is way to short, I want a video of a full day. Everything you do is with elegance, knowledge and so graceful. I have seen a lot of your vids and everytime it treat.
Hey Dusty, I hope you had a good week at Oshkosh and wish I could have been there to meet you in person. Your skills are amazing. The Martha Stewart of propeller making. 🙂
hello, i am a chemist specializing in the production and development. there are different types of resins, so you might want to try a different one, depending on the requirements of your work or the product.
Wow, it takes a lot of glue powder for not all that much glue. How many props, average are in a bucket, maybe eight depending on the number of layers? Nice to see your order board looks well populated too. I really enjoyed the music in the video, it was kinda perfect. Best Wishes
Hi Alania, Nice to read you had some time off and enjoyed it. Glad to see you wearing the parot face up 2:10, but is there no danger of the powder in the air getting on your skin? Do you always press one prop at a time or can you do two or more? Hope everyone is healthy at home. Take care 👋👋👋👋
@@CulverProps ... Ok, makes sense with different designs one would possibly damage the other thru the pressure. With how many PSI do you have to press?
Whatever man you choose must be the luckiest. Amazing builds
Y'alls work is the very definition of " Down To An Art "

Yes, one prop at a time unless it is the same design
