How to make Tawa Pulao is a question often debated. There many styles to cook Tawa pulao and has become a popular street food in India.
In my recipe, I am preparing Tawa pulao as it is made in Mumbai. It uses pav bhaji masala and requires the rice to be cooked to yellow color with turmeric & salt.
It is a very tasty recipe and can be made with leftover rice as well.
