For 4 mill ,nice property but accessibility bringing in groceries and parcels ,especially in the rain or winter time 2 flight of stairs in the front and parking all the way in the back .
This is a very nice house with lots of interesting/creative features however, the shots of the ground floor were irritating to try and watch because of all the zooming around the area. The bedrooms were better because the videographer was calmer in the process. - please do better with the videos.

I saw their videos after a very long time and what difference that i saw is lack of filmography i think they must have change the camera man because earlier they shoot a video in a pattern which allow us to have a overall view/basic pattern of the house but now they change the camera views so quickly and also randomly to anywhere that it become hard to have the overview. Please try to resolve this.

I agree. It is attractive, but not practical. The stairs as one ages would be a hindrance.
@@maryoleary2037 Move to a smaller house when you age. Your not going to need that big of a house anyways after your kids move out.
Theres something called an umbrella. And also stop being lazy. Stairs are good for you.
