Most houses on this channel are in highly populated cities, meaning the houses are much closer. In smaller towns they are a much more comfortable distance apart.

Toronto houses are very narrow and are way too close to the neighbors for my taste, but that’s what big city living is. You gotta go to the burbs like Oakville for even a bit of breathing room. I do like the look of this house and the backyard seems like a lovely little oasis, but for the price point, I don’t think I could justify it. 6 million for the privilege of cleaning leaves out of that pool every day.

Must be a trick with the camera. But I thought the exterior here was unusually attractive. So many houses shown in the Toronto area are really ugly on the outside (but mostly nice on the inside). One thing, though: Where is the garage? I thought the building in the back was it, but apparently, it's not.
Yes, it has no garage. Most of the houses in exclusive areas like that one, use the front driveway of the house to park and also the side streets, since it is a private area, it is safe at all times. The back of pool area, is a guest house! Tiny and cozy!
