Maybelline makes the BEST DRUGSTORE MAKEUP! I’ve tested them all! They take the cake! Primer, Foundation, Concealer, Loose Powder, Setting Spray, Brow Products, Blush, Bronzer, Eyeshadow, EVERYTHING!
they also test on animals so if you’re okay with animal cruelty then i guess carry on

Erins is the most authentic. Nikki has a modern interpretation of it.
Exactly what I was thinking! Nikkies didn’t really read 50s so I was confused but erins look was really easy to distinguish and to say it was 60s inspired

Makeup I love 20s and 50s but music wise I love the 70s and 80s. I feel like going to Studio 54 in the 70s would be fun.
Cool vintage Hollywood looks. I think of actress Carroll Baker or Lana Turner on Nikki and a Sharon Tate look from Valley of the Dolls. Well done.

Wow! Nikki’s looks absolutely gorgeous in that modern take on glam pinup/rockabilly style! I’m not a fan of her Typical Instagram beat face (strictly bc of preference, her artistry and skills are top notch) but I’m obsessed with this. Love that she seems to have a good grasp of historical makeup. I think I just became a fan

Focus on the makeup skills & stop interfering with someone else's livelihood. Go & directly boycott (for yourself) the institutions that are directly responsible for overwhelming your thoughts & do something about it. Putting negative connotations onto people who are just trying to make a living is very unfair. It's like boycotting blue collar or pink-collar jobs in an unethical conglomerate like health insurance companies who refuse dire medical care for financial reasons-but are you not going to have health insurance & also fire "the little people? Not liking the twiggy inspiration eyes but I didn’t care for her and I thought she was a very destructive influence on the modeling industry with her eating disorder and how it became normalized for a long time.
Don't blame Twiggy for that, as she was naturally thin just like millions of other teenage girls, and if you're genetically thin it continues all the way through your 40s depending on the individual. Now Kate Moss is another story.
I've heard Twiggy say in interviews that she was naturally skinny and didn't starve herself (she could be lying though)
