Leadership is the ability to influence. There are levels of leadership. Leadership is about people, you can't afford to stay in positional leadership.
Teamwork is what makes the team to work, you need to be sensitive to the emotions of the people you are leading and acquire emotional intelligence skills.
Can you stop and look back. How many people do you see following you? Could it be that you are only taking a stroll assuming that the people you are leading are actually following you?
How do you manage the challenges of people not willing to follow you?. Have you ever been stressed about leading people?
