Porter Robinson Vocal & Piano Medley (17 songs!)

7 months ago, I had an idea to create a mashup of some Porter songs that meant a lot to me. But every step of the way, I had more ideas, new harmonies, and more songs I felt like it would be incomplete without. 287 hours of focused productivity later, this is my creation. It's not perfect, but it's really meaningful to me and I'm incredibly proud of it.
All piano parts were arranged by me, without looking at sheet music (except the Wind Tempos solo). Also filmed and edited by me (so much work...). Explains why it took so long to release 😅.
Fun fact: I was pretty inexperienced with piano before this project, so I had to actually do arranging on the computer to not be limited by my own abilities. I might release sheet music for this if people want.

I was just watching the StackRabbit video, and before that, I was listening to Porter Robinson. What are the odds, honestly. This is so well done though. Didn't know the guy who I only know of from silly square game AI would have a killer voice.

I subbed for the Tetris videos but goddamn this is incredible. The production quality is very imprressive, both audio and video! I'm no Porter Robinson connoisseur so I only recognized a couple songs from here, but it was still really emotional. You've inspired me to print out Shelter and learn it on piano.
I know a lot of music video producers fall into a trap of making higher- and higher-quality content that takes longer and longer. I'm glad you could release this for the world to appreciate without needing to completely perfect it.

I'm sorry, I regret not making more videos about StackRabbit because there was a ton of awesome developments that never got their own video (getting it running on physical TV, playing with modern human limits in the rolling era, etc). Recently Tetris hasn't been super front of mind for me, but I hope I can find motivation in the future to document that whole journey more.
