Where do I put in and take out if I want to raft the upper Clackamas river?

Hole-In-the-Wall to Moore Creek when the river is under 1,200 cfs.
Sandstone bridge to Moore Creek when the river is above 1,200 cfs. but most people prefer to run that section above 2,000 cfs. in a raft.

I made the mistake of running the lower clackamas, (Mclver to Barton) in a 4 person Star raft last week. Had to pick up raft 4-5 times to pull across rocks. I knew I over did it when I saw a guy with a pool floaty paddling with a broom next to me. Appreciate the reply!

@@jakethetank9760 The upper Clack is a fun run but keep in mind the video at the top of this page was from last year and the water was a lot higher then (1,300 cfs.) It's currently running at around 800 cfs. Both the upper and lower rivers are runnable all summer if you know the lines and yes they both offer plenty of places to get stuck. Also keep in mind the upper river is considerably more difficult. Here is a link to a video that shows the upper Clack at a level closer to what it's currently running.
