    Tortilla Recipe:
    400g flour
    1/2 C butter
    14g salt
    200g filtered water
    200g fed dough dough starter
    Mix until it come together. Rest 30 mins. Gives series of fold until it comes together as a ball. Bulk ferment 4-12 hrs, ideally 12 hrs. Divide into 12 pieces.

    Oh man…. I’m pretty sure my sourdough start is bad, compared to yours. Im so clueless to sour dough, but I want to learn more about it. 😬

      Hey Audra, I fee mine once a week. I would try feeding it and leave it out on the counter. Look for bubbles and rising a few hours after feeding. You could always start a new one! Or get 1 tablespoon from a friend's starter. You've got this girl!

      It tastes like sourdough bread -try it then you will know 😊 ( not sour or bitter) it’s the best

    You say 12 equal parts, then cut you dough into 16 pieces. Am I missing something?

      Yep, recipe makes 12. I like to make some small ones for the kiddos.

      Ah. Got it. I just put a bowl of tortilla dough to rise overnight. I had to add a bit more flour than the recipe called for because it was so sticky that it was unhandlable. I’m experienced with sourdough, too, so it’s not like I don’t understand it. I’m hoping it will turn out. Thanks for the video. I enjoyed it.
