      Do you just sell on Ebay or other platforms? Hard to believe this all came from EB? Never heard of those brands.

    I really like the three different price point of your sales. It helps to know what to pick up in the lower tier items because I think i will find those more often

    Love the Videos!! Couple questions. Do you promote your listings at all? If so what percentage. Also would you recommend accepting returns or not and why. Thanks!!!

    • @ResaleBrothers
      @ResaleBrothers  4 месяца назад

      Hey Barry! Great questions! Our promotion rates vary between 8-10%, depending on the season. We also advise accepting returns. To qualify for the Top Rated Plus (TR-Plus) badge and receive a 10% credit on the final value fee, your listings need to include the option for 30-day free returns. This badge also seems to provide a slight boost in the platform's search algorithm, making your listings more visible. Additionally, offering returns can deter customer dishonesty, as we've noticed customers may resort to deceitful methods to secure a return when the option is not available. Our return rate is only 2-5 % so its definitely not unmanageable.

    What is the return rate of your sales for that big of a store?

    • @ResaleBrothers
      @ResaleBrothers  4 месяца назад +1

      Our return rate normally stays between 2-5%! Good Question!

    Where do you source your inventory? I struggle to find enough inventory and how often are you sourcing?

    • @ResaleBrothers
      @ResaleBrothers  4 месяца назад +1

      We source from traditional thrift stores, for profit thrift stores (non-donated items), stand alone goodwills, and we also do some clearance shopping at retail stores, but most of the items are thrifted. We normally go to goodwills that are close to us throughout the week for some quick trips, but we mainly go once a week, but it’s an all day affair. We’ll keep shopping until we reach our item total goal for the week.

    everybody on youtube has the daily refinement ebay model. guys, you have to be a little different than the teacher because the view engagement will always go back to the teacher to learn. be better than the teacher is the message.

    • @ResaleBrothers
      @ResaleBrothers  4 месяца назад +4

      We did learn from DF, but we also do a lot different than him. We think it is smart to learn from others, but also improve upon their weak areas and come up with the best overall system that will work for our individual business, and we think we have done that decently well. We are just here to share our journey and if we sell as much as he does we will be very happy hahaha
      1. We use VA’s
      2. We didn’t niche down
      3. We also crosslist to Poshmark and Mercari (which he originally taught not to do)
      Just a few things we do different off the top of my head. We also try to add some funny sibling banter and some entertaining prompts like our “hot ones”video. We do appreciate the suggestion!!
