False Swipe is not a critical hit. it is a non-lethal hit. You need a move like Night Slash or a move that says it has an increased chance to critical hit.
@@SaintAdjacent That's the whole thing; Use false swipe so you can crit something several times without killing it. That way you don't have to go risking a KO by an overleveled pokemon or KO'ing the thing you're fighting before you get your 3 crits.
@@knightseason Well, that just made me check... holy crap, they removed false swipe from the list of moves? I feel like the list of moves got hit just as hard as the national dex the more i look into these games.
For Sirfetched, there's Swirlix on route 5 that heal themselves, and are of the same level. Also, if your Farfetched faints during battle, you can revive it and all the critical hits before it was knocked out still count.
Something I found for Farfetch’d; if you go into Galar Mine 2 and take on a Sholock it will heal during the battle and if you use Brutal Swing every time it will work. I have done it multiple times in a row.
extra tip on farfetch'd - you can use a TR to teach it focus energy. if you have any sort of crit boosting item on it, focus energy will force critical hits. since it can also learn peck, going up against wild sudowoodo can also work. it's what i did anyways
Easiest way to get sir'fetched is by breeding and getting a level one farfetch'd then grab a Pokemon with charm and go to the very beginning of the game then find a Wooloo. get your Pokemon up with charm and then continue to use it until you can't use it anymore then it will do only one damage and then pull out your farfetch'd with a leak and give it a dire hit, the Wooloo will also use growl a bunch of times and just let it so that you eventually only do 1 damage as well. The whole process only takes a few minutes so it's not a big deal and it's a lot easier to do if your late game this way
Or where you caught him, in that same area encounter a wobb and battle him. I crit him 4 times before he died with rock smash and he evolved. Your way is just not easier tbh
For helping withevolving Galarian Farfetchd, teaching it the TR Focus Energy will also raise its crit rate. That and the leek makes for an insane crit rate
Cracked Teapot can be found in the same area by rinning around the traders to the left, then making a sharp right, up a ladder, and to a pokeball on the ground that marks an item. Easy way to avoid waiting for his inventory and save money if you are (for whatever reason) low on cash. Or in early game.
I'd say it's more like how Eevee evolves into Sylveron, but only at night. Snom needs a high affection stat from the Pokemon Amie equivalent, rather than high friendship, acquired through winning battles and not fainting.
I caught Grapploct before I even knew clobbopus existed. lol. Grapploct was a real pain. It knocked out almost all of my pokemon before I finally caught it. This was helpful. I haven't tried to evolve any of these pokemon yet and I didn't know where to find sinistea. I still need to catch a morpeko.
For the Galarian Fargetch'd, I didn't have a Leek since I got mine via Surprise Trade(I am playing Shield) but I used a Scope Lens and Focus Energy to boost my crit chance. I forget where to get the Scope Lens, but the Focus Energy TR is found in Motostoke by going to the left side of the alley(the path leading to the gear platform from the Pokémon Center) and speak to the guy next to the record store(you can't access the actual store ever, it is decoration only). He will give you the TR for Focus Energy. There is another record store further down the alley on the right that also has a guy outfront(again, can't actually use the store) who will give you an item that allows you to control the volume of some of the sounds in game(the sounds you can control the volume of are the background music, the sound effects, and Pokémon cries). You access the sliders for these sounds via the options button(they will be at the very bottom).
You can also battle a level 60 metapod (found outside the wild area station) with your galarian farfetch'd if you don't want fetch'd to sustain damage. Teach it leaf blade and focus energy. You can also equip any crit-raitio raising item if your trade partner didnt give you the leek.
A tip I have for Farfetch'd if you haven't beaten Gordie yet you can get 3 crits on his Shuckle without having to worry about either fainting too easily. I used Focus Energy and Leaf Blade to do it.
Thank you so much for making this video, good sir! I'm just starting on my Sword playthrough, and I'm sure this will be very helpful. That Yamask thing…jeez, and I thought the Inkay evolution was bonkers… >.>
Metalseadraking Definitely is, but not as much as it might seem at first. It’s been confirmed that the shiny doesn’t change with swirling methods, just with the topping. So, only 8 separate shinies, not 63
For Farfech’d it does not matter if you have a leek or not, if it has any item that give more critical chance it still works and if you have a level one Farfech’d, you can find a metapod ( Which use only harden.) near the met up spot and get all the critical hit long as your heart desires.
You can also find a cracked pot in the town behind the two vendors. There is a hidden passage, that leads up the roofs and then there is a pokeball there. Also if you want the tri-mix form of alcreamie, turn in which ever direction for +10 sec at dusk. it worked for me clockwise, but in a forum it was also said, that it worked counter clockwise.
some corrections: BOTH apples can be found in wild areas in BOTH games... theyu are pretty rare, but you can find em near big trees.. sirfect´d can be found in den on shield sometimes, so you can capture it and make an egg
If you go through Sinistea's animations and find one where you can see under its cup, you can see if it's in a counterfeit cup or a genuine cup by looking for the brand marking on the bottom (which only the genuine cups have)
For those who get Farfetch’d later in the game, another Pokémon you can easily get three critical hits on is Metapod which is pretty common in the wild area. It doesn’t know any attacking moves so unless you’re out of PP or there’s a weather condition you should be fine.
Another idea for Galarian Farfetch'd is teach it the Focus Energy TR you get from Motostoke or purchase with Watts, fight a Wobuffet and hit it with Rock smash three times after using Focus energy. It worked the moment I caught it and tried it out. Also, if you are lucky, you can find Clobbopus in a Max Raid Battle early game after beating Nessa, more often than not in the den next to the Corviknight near the Giant's Step(? not sure on that one but it is close to the bridge that takes you to Hammerlocke).
So we are gonna ignore that is his grimmsnarl was called Boyonetta like a male bayonetta, a demon thing that uses its hair as cloths and attacks with hair fists. Just like bayonetta... Welp pkm sword and shield are the bayo 3 we didn't want but guess it what we deserve
I think you have to spin to evolve Milcery because it’s like mixing ingredients together like spinning to mix the item and the Milcery together to make its evolution(Milcery could represent milk).
Not sure if anyone has already mentioned this but there are at least 63 Alcremie varieties. There are 7 different sweets you can give them and each of those causes a different sweet in the hair. And there are a lot of spin types to evolve them. Quick clockwise and counter clockwise. Clockwise and counterclockwise for more than 5 seconds. Doing those daytime and nightime. Last combo I've heard about is counterclockwise for over 10 seconds at dusk. Not sure if clockwise would work too because I haven't tried it or seen it.
In regards to sirfetched if you have the leak and you use the focus energy TR on it you can fight wild wobiffet and just keep hitting it with rock smash if your still relatively low in level. You'll crit every attack and you can wait out it's destiny bond if it uses it.
Quick note for anyone wondering when night time is. The game appears to be locked at specific times of day during the main story outside of the Wild Area. Once you get to the post game time moves normally.
For Farfetch'd, in the same area you catch them are Wobbuffet in the grass. You can easily crit one 3 times if you already defeated the trainers nearby.

That way you don't have to go risking a KO by an overleveled pokemon or KO'ing the thing you're fighting before you get your 3 crits.
Unfortunately you can't teach Galarian Farfetch'd false swipe
@@knightseason Well, that just made me check... holy crap, they removed false swipe from the list of moves?
I feel like the list of moves got hit just as hard as the national dex the more i look into these games.
For Sirfetched, there's Swirlix on route 5 that heal themselves, and are of the same level.
Also, if your Farfetched faints during battle, you can revive it and all the critical hits before it was knocked out still count.

I just caught Snom in a friend ball.
Of course. Snom is shaped like a friend.
Congratulations
Snom is a friend to everyone :)
Cool
My farfetch'd evolved with 3 critical hits with different battles.
I don't think it has to be the same battle.
It does
It doesn't have to be the same battle, they just have to be consecutive crits
@@darellarocho5729
No. It doesn't have to be consecutive it has be in the battle
@@darellarocho5729 it has to be the same battle, not consecutive
Something I found for Farfetch’d; if you go into Galar Mine 2 and take on a Sholock it will heal during the battle and if you use Brutal Swing every time it will work. I have done it multiple times in a row.
Me: I wonder how you would evolve a Pokémon...
Someone on the Internet: Observe
extra tip on farfetch'd - you can use a TR to teach it focus energy. if you have any sort of crit boosting item on it, focus energy will force critical hits. since it can also learn peck, going up against wild sudowoodo can also work. it's what i did anyways
I evolved him within 5min when I caught it
I wanted an Alcreamie more then any other Pokémon in Sword and Shield, thank for this because I would’ve never gotten one if I hadn’t watched this :P
and theres many form of alcremie too depends how long you spin, place and time.
For sirfetched I would suggest encountering a lvl 60 metapod since it only knows harden
You need to be champion for that, though.
*Finds a Level 60 Metapod that weirdly knows giga impact*
For helping withevolving Galarian Farfetchd, teaching it the TR Focus Energy will also raise its crit rate. That and the leek makes for an insane crit rate
There's a Cracked Pot behind the Pokemon Centre.
Center*
@@LousyCreepers
It's Centre in some other countries.
@@LousyCreepers Wrong.
Cracked Teapot can be found in the same area by rinning around the traders to the left, then making a sharp right, up a ladder, and to a pokeball on the ground that marks an item. Easy way to avoid waiting for his inventory and save money if you are (for whatever reason) low on cash. Or in early game.
Snom isnt weird, its the same exact way eevee evolves into umbreon
I'd say it's more like how Eevee evolves into Sylveron, but only at night. Snom needs a high affection stat from the Pokemon Amie equivalent, rather than high friendship, acquired through winning battles and not fainting.
Wait do you need high friendship or whatever for Umbreon?
LeFlam /F.C.U. Ye u need high friendship with eevee then level it up at night
Neo Saturos No its the same as eevee to umbreon, i never used pokemon camp or anything of the sort and snom eventually evolved
@@LuckyX1113 huh i thought it was just evovle at night
I caught Grapploct before I even knew clobbopus existed. lol. Grapploct was a real pain. It knocked out almost all of my pokemon before I finally caught it.
This was helpful. I haven't tried to evolve any of these pokemon yet and I didn't know where to find sinistea. I still need to catch a morpeko.
Dude late game just fight a Wobbofet for Farfetch’d. It can’t do anything to you
Mirror Coat
Just a heads up, Milcerie would be prounounced with a "k" sound instead of an "s" sound as it's a combination of "Milk" and "Mercury".
Melrian I thought it was milk and sorcery, as alcremie is cream and alchemy
You can also battle a level 60 metapod (found outside the wild area station) with your galarian farfetch'd if you don't want fetch'd to sustain damage. Teach it leaf blade and focus energy.
You can also equip any crit-raitio raising item if your trade partner didnt give you the leek.
Found a cracked pot on roof behind the two salsemen too
This guy’s my hero. Thank you, sir!
I used a dire hit and Fury cutter all three hits were critical
Nice
A tip I have for Farfetch'd if you haven't beaten Gordie yet you can get 3 crits on his Shuckle without having to worry about either fainting too easily. I used Focus Energy and Leaf Blade to do it.
There is a cracked pot above him on the building I believe.
Thank you so much for making this video, good sir! I'm just starting on my Sword playthrough, and I'm sure this will be very helpful. That Yamask thing…jeez, and I thought the Inkay evolution was bonkers… >.>
Getting all shiny alcremies seems to be a real hassle
Metalseadraking Definitely is, but not as much as it might seem at first. It’s been confirmed that the shiny doesn’t change with swirling methods, just with the topping. So, only 8 separate shinies, not 63
Yeah but there's really only 1 per topping.
@Gavin James you mugshot? Also no, your probably aren't the only one with them all.
@Gavin James Not every single person posts online about their shinies lol
Spindadex
For Farfech’d it does not matter if you have a leek or not, if it has any item that give more critical chance it still works and if you have a level one Farfech’d, you can find a metapod ( Which use only harden.) near the met up spot and get all the critical hit long as your heart desires.
I found the cracked pot behind a building on the top right of that town - no payment required
Sucks gamefreak cut Volcarona, but frosmoth looks pretty cool.
Would've loved to have both.
I didn't need 3 crits with it, I just needed to KO three pokemon in a row.
Authentic Sinistea should have been if you catch a shiny version imo.
some corrections: BOTH apples can be found in wild areas in BOTH games... theyu are pretty rare, but you can find em near big trees.. sirfect´d can be found in den on shield sometimes, so you can capture it and make an egg
Boy this is about as out of the way as the side quests in old tales games lmao
If you go through Sinistea's animations and find one where you can see under its cup, you can see if it's in a counterfeit cup or a genuine cup by looking for the brand marking on the bottom (which only the genuine cups have)
Wait, did he run??? You can run in this? HOW DO YOU RUN?!
In the overworld or in battle? Both are great questions.
Roblox Legend The overworld.
I finally got my snom to evolve yesterday
Frosmoth is just Galarian Volcarona.
And that's a fact.
It’s literally never night time in my game
not in game night, just in your time zone night
Well that changes everything..thanks dawg
oh i thought it had to be actually night in game
and i looked it up once and they said night time only happens in the wild area
For those who get Farfetch’d later in the game, another Pokémon you can easily get three critical hits on is Metapod which is pretty common in the wild area. It doesn’t know any attacking moves so unless you’re out of PP or there’s a weather condition you should be fine.
I know someone who got the Sweet apple in Sword.
Edit: Without trading
Thanks so much for this video. Helped me out so much!❤️😊
“Primarily”
You dont need a leek with farfetch, you can use a different item that boost crit hit ratio too, and it helped me
I think you have to spin to evolve Milcery because it’s like mixing ingredients together like spinning to mix the item and the Milcery together to make its evolution(Milcery could represent milk).
The start of your videos makes me smile when you say “Hello lovely people!”
I'm still surprised barely anyone commented on Sirfetch'd similarity to Gladstone Gander.
hey, 20 dollars
but yeah thats what i thought, too, lmao
Quick note for anyone wondering when night time is. The game appears to be locked at specific times of day during the main story outside of the Wild Area. Once you get to the post game time moves normally.
My personal advise on the Farfetch'd is to be super low level, and find wobuffets, this makes it SOOOO much easier while using a dire hit
For Farfetch'd, in the same area you catch them are Wobbuffet in the grass. You can easily crit one 3 times if you already defeated the trainers nearby.
