My wife had an Omni 2.2 with the VW engine in it. Beautiful little yellow hatchback that could really roar and get going. It was a fun can to throw into the corners and really hop off the line with. That was back in the mid 80s and we still talk about how fun of a car it was. So come on dodge, bring back a really fun, cheap Omni that is stick with some real performance potential or upgrades. Great video by the way. I saw the flashes of the omni immediately. Bring back that fun version.

Something that you could do to take care of a few issues you have mentioned would be for you to pick one of your cars and take a trip on a scenic road that would suitable to the chosen car. You could use two cameras much like you do for car reviews except this would be a much longer drive which could then be edited down to a reasonable length. This would allow you to quickly generate a video, it would give you a 'break', allow you to enjoy your car and allow us to enjoy you using your car.
If you could also play the appropriate Spotify playlist at the same time without having to pay royalties, that would be an added bonus.

Are the doors simple enough to remove that you could remove them before going on a trip, like a Jeep's doors? That is a cool selling point right there!

It'll be interesting to see what the GLH version of the Hornet will be. They haven't really announced much for the GLH trim yet other than were making a GLH trim. Maybe it'll be a little more "hot-hatch".

The TV ads for the Hornet are just like those for the 2007-ish Dodge Caliber (IF anyone remembers the Caliber). Could be part of the problem.

meanwhile the 3.6 charger got better fuel economy, that was worth shuting down the production...
Anyway, nice review, when you show the plastic just the lift the car I thought the same but the hairy plastic under is very bad. It hold moisture, rub against the steel and in few years you has the rust hole and bad floor that you wouldnt even want to seat in...

The digital dash and some of the buttons are nearly identical to my 2019 SEAT Leon cupra which uses all VW/Audi parts... interesting.
