Ingredients
Meat: Goat tribe, Cow foot and Mutton
scotch bonnet, tomato puree, 2 white chopped onions,
1 red onion, 2 Magi Cube , Dawadawa(African Locust bean)
Ayoyo (okro leaves), Chopped okro, 2 tins of chopped
tomato, bicarbonate of soda, salt, corn flour, cassava flour,
palm oil

Excellent job! You are an inspiration, the fact that you drove for about 3 hours to learn something you love to eat makes me realize that to be a boss you have to take charge and work for it. This channel motivates me so much in so many ways such as; I havent eating Tuo zaafi before but I do love okra so I will certainly give it a try. I must say: I admire women that can come together to cook. We all want the world to see oh I can cook this or that. But then you feel bad when someone has some recipes she knows and you don't. Instead of asking for help, you keep it to yourself and keep on buying outside. That's such a waste of your money. 😉 Go and ask one of your sisters. It's better to ask, we learn every day.
