I’m already picking up on something about LIV golf that crushes the pga tour, and it’s the amount of access they are giving to RUclipsrs and others. Fans will like to see the “behind the scenes” look at courses the week of the events. Pga tour gets their panties in a twist anytime someone tries to video players during a practice round to even think about walking “inside” the ropes. LIV golf seems to of found a nice little niche here with allowing open access to content creators. I’ve seen other videos from others at the event this week.
Of course they will do this at first. And once something happens it will be cutoff. That's how it usually works. Also, I doubt that the golfers are willing to be bombarded by "youtubers" on the daily.

Got to be the best golf you tube channel. Really got your finger on the pulse rather than creating nonsense videos about 2 hackers going around the course stateing each other. I've been following you from where you started with just a net in your back yard. As a golfer your talented as a presenter your magnificent where you end up if not at the top of your tree you will of under achieved keep up the great work most enjoyable

Watching today s LIV golf was a breath of fresh air ,… Advert free ,super compelling and the shotgun start was a master stroke… Oh and did I mention it was all Advert free . Can’t wait for Friday!

What im hoping is to see more players doing shots they wouldnt normally try, no cut , guaranteed 120k,team play, why not go for it, i get winning is important. But how many of us regular golfers do the old "tin cup" ,screw it ,i got this shot and go for it . Almost never goes well for us mortals , but ive seen enough of the layup, and scramble for par. Go for it and be a legend,lol. Cant wait to see some fun golf . Another great vid MSG
Lucky dawg! Not only a great tour of the facilities but a chance to play the course before inaugural Liv event! You are rock'n it Matt! By the way, that membership sounds like a deal with one time dues fee (after initiation) and ability to pass it down to the next generation. I'm tired of getting dinged a $32 cart fee every time I jump out on my course. One fee, play away!
I agree with that warm up suggestion 100% Mine is about 10 8 irons and about 5-10 drives. Just trying to get loose, not work on my swing before a round.

I would have to watch an hour of PGA coverage to get as many shots as 10 minutes watching LIV golf. Golf like College football is ruined with so many commercials. That course looks absolutely gorgeous. Glad you got to go out and experience it. As for LIV, I'm not sure, kinda on the fence. I do feel like the players are just doing it for the money, and no amount of pandering from them will convince me otherwise. I just don't want it to ruin the sport of golf. I feel like if LIV and the PGA can somehow play nicely, it could potentially be great. But, where the money is coming from for LIV, and the PGA's overall stubbornness to change, I doubt that will ever happen unfortunately

I think the first LIV event will be the 2nd highest watched golf event this year. (Master w/Tigers return #1 even though masters is always 1). US open averages 750k. (880k in 2021). This will be the bar for LIV.

They are starting a new tour and will do anything they can to to get publicity. As for the players, it's all about the money first. Don't kid yourself, they may or not make it, but these guys are going to get whatever they can out of it right away. For me, another tour with good golf should be fun and this will actually give many more young golfers a chance to make it on the pro level.
It''s pretty good value for money. You'd only have to be a member for about 100 years and you'd just pay what you would for any other course in England
I am confused. I have played this golf course many times. I know one of the members. His joining fee was £10,000 not $150,000. And his annul subscription is approx £3-5k.
of course they did. they paid youtubers to be their advertisement. I'm going to be honest; I think they've done a hell of a job setting this up. it looks really well put together there. I was worried the setup of everything would look sloppy
LIV probably paid 50k + expenses maybe more to each youtuber to come and cover it. dont really have an issue with someone like this guy gettin a few bucks. its different for the already rich players.

Currently there are about 30,000 people watching the live youtube stream. No TV channel would cover it. For a reason.
Will not be close. I read the US Open last year averaged 3.1 million viewers for the entire tournament with the final round 5.7 million watching.

So far LIV is a golf exhibition, featuring highly compensated participants! Expected to see DJ in shorts, shirt tail out and chugging a beer!
