And if you're in the middle of a workout, when your arms are tired, I reckon it would be that much more inconvenient. No because it was designed with safety in mind, i.e., no parts of the cable attachment will get your hand snapped in between anything. Also, compared to the single pin attachments (gliding jcup/safety arms), this is much easier. Having said all this, what you see here is the very first time I've used it. Perhaps it wasn't the example to show whether it is easy or not.

Can you use the cable attachmenta on the standard none stainless prestera racks?
Eleiko doesn't recommend using it with the powder coated uprights because when you slide the trolley up and down, it might damage/scratch the paint.
Trolley doesn’t seem very smooth up and down the upright. And so inconvenient to use two hands to adjust. Thoughts?
