Today's recipe is a quick and easy creamy chicken sandwich recipe without Mayonaise, without yogurt and without cream cheese. I hope you all will like this video and try it at home.
INGREDIENTS:
FOR sandwich:
White bread - 6 slices
Shredded chicken - 1/2 cup
Grated carrot - 2 tblsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tblsp
White sauce - 3 to 4 tblsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
for the white sauce:
Butter/oil - 1 tblsp
Flour - 1 tblsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder - 1.4 tsp(optional)
Sugar - 1 tsp

I made this today and everyone in my family loved it!! The white suace was wonderful! Although the whole thing did have a bit of sweetness to it especially bc of the carrots but I did enjoy it! For people who do don't, i would suggest replacing the carrots with another vegetable of your choice. Great recipe!

Bichemel sauce is a good option for sandwiches if you want to cut on costing
But for super taste there's nothing like the good old mayonnaise with tomatoe ketchup or Chilli sauce few jalapenos , chicken , walnuts chopped , few apple pieces with or without cream cheese , salt pepper and few iceberg lettuce's to add the crunchiness
Also one can try putting boiled pastas in the white sauce add chicken put butter on both sides of the sliced bread stuff the pasta apply grated processed cheese on the pasta and some butter on the top outer side of the sandwich also some butter on the bottom hot grill and grill this for some time till you see some grill marks and light golden colour on it around the bread grill time should be 7 to 10 minutes
