Nice recipe by the way guys, you can also marinate the chicken with few spices and then cook the chicken without adding water and once its cooked add the toppings to your bread.

another trick is to add grapes to give it that sourness and a little crunch

If you don't want to use cream cheese you can make a thickened white sauce with
2 tbsp flour and butter and a cup or a cup and a half of milk and salt pepper or any other seasoning you like😉

Thats a lot of work...just put boiled chicken in a processor with grated cheese, mayo, mustard,shallots, paprika and pineapple ( optional)..
This has a lot more flavor and aroma, its a different recipe for a chicken sandwitch.
