yes using cycles experiment. You can just plug the textures wave ito the displacement node with low value.

@@tintopratama5455 IT doesnt follow the empty i make go to the empty but it goes on the whole texture if that makes sense when i apply my empty it just make the texture all off the water and its not only showing in the empty like yours
