    I only have dumbbells and pull ups at home, I made them myself, and the rest of my training is just home training, with equipment like that, and training like that, and I don't even use milk or supplements, is that possible? ? Make our bodies muscular like bodybuilding?

      You need protein ,, chicken or turkey , eggs , Greek yogurt , chickpeas , lentils , cottage cheese ,, anything high in protein , but these guys are on steroids so no you won't look like them , you will have a leaner muscle physique which is better , I myself only have dumbells and a barbell , but you can do alot of pushup variations and squats and pullups
