Well Done! Most useful. This is a great starting point. If only how to remove the handle on my 52/18!

Wow they ended up looking beautiful!! I’m amazed at how methodical you need to be, to put the pieces all together after the cleaning and not forget the steps. Great job Lennyyyy!

They look super! That small screw in the center of the crankshaft, is it for adjusting the length of the tip? Also, how did you remove the rust from the pencil holder (is it pure steel or plated?)

Yes the screw is for adjusting of the tip, the rust came off with some good polishing, I think it’s plated so you have to be extra careful to not polish too much

I wonder how one would go about sharpening the round blade

Was ist necessary to oil any of the parts after cleaning? I'm thinking about cleaning mine as well, but am afraid to break it in the process :D

I guess it could be done in the process. Just be careful not to damage the spring.

I’m sorry, I just started doing these videos, as I said I’m not a professional, I don’t have good Equipment and good Lightning especially in the Garage where I did. the painting and cleaning part. If you want good quality content from start to end I’d consider checking out random hands or tysytube. Best wishes
