May 7, 2024 | On an interview on the Todd Starnes Show, the Liberty Justice Center's Educational Freedom Attorney Dean McGee discusses a new lawsuit against a North Carolina school that suspended a student for saying "illegal alien" in class.
The Liberty Justice Center is suing the Davidson County Board of Education on behalf of the student, whose question led to a harsh suspension and false accusations of racism by his own school.

It gets better. To discredit the boy's mother the school administration/ school board made public that she had a criminal conviction and did time, over ten years ago.
There is a home school mother, Michele Morrow, running for state superintendant of public instruction (as a Republican, she won in the primary) who hopes to clean some of this mess up if elected in November.
