You should move your lift closer to the garage door and utilize the back of the shop as your fab/customization area and the front of the shop the mechanic area.

Hey Devin I used to run a fairly small scale powder business around a similar space to yours, and I always had my cars in the way getting worked on. You set things up the way you want it, but if you want my advice I would say try and have things in sequence. So at the moment the sandblaster and the oven are opposite sides of the room so you’re going to have to roll or carry wheels across past all your cars. If you have almost like an assembly line going from the acid tank at the door, then along the same wall is the sandblaster, and then just next to that is the oven with a space at the front big enough for the rack to hang and you can blow powder at wheels and then straight into the oven.
Congratulations on the massive upgrades for the garage my dude.....u gonna save so much time ...n they will pay for themselves within a few builds ....keep up the great work love all the videos...been following bout 4 years now

I'd move the new massive oven towards the front of the shop in the corner by the man door and strip tank leaving enough room to still use the man door if needed. would take up less of your storage space and be easier to access while not really being in the way of your work space or anything
This is bad ass 🤙🏽 One thing i recommend is moving the sand blasting cabinet closer to the bay door. Reason for that is when u take parts out of the cabinet, there will be media falling off the part onto the floor. The closer you can have it to the exit door, the easier it will be to keep everything else clean. Other then that congrats and i look forward to seeing the channel expand 🤙🏽
Now you gotta up your powder coating gun. The ez50 is nice but you've gone straight pro Devin so maybe a Wagner or Nelson something along those lines with micro Amp adjustment and 100kv then do a dedicated ground rod 🤔

cool oven but isn't the floor supposed to be isolated from the ground ? that big hunk of metal contacting the floor doesn't look like a good heat retainer
