    Attention: the xanthan gum needs to be added to the almond flour and mix it well, otherwise the batter might become lumpy and the gum might not get dissolved.

    20 minutes are very short time for bread

      I check the readiness of the bread by piercing it with a dry toothpick. This bread consists mainly of protein. The whites and almond flour set very quickly.

    Took 45 minutes before i try check temp in my bread it was a bater after 20 minutes not even a lava cake form😮

      I check the readiness of the bread with a toothpick. Perhaps I have a small oven and that’s why the dough baked faster.🤔

      @@keto_lowcarb But very good bread i check mine with temp meter and 98 degrees from my colinary time i learn that when i education to chef
