  • My mom shows you how to make a delicious Chinese crispy skin fried chicken recipe in a matter of minutes with a few easy steps and ingredients. The crispy skin fried chicken taste so delicious and crispy with a golden color. Enjoy!
    ingredients / method
    - we used a chicken weighing 2kg
    - deep fry time approx 25min
    First, we spice the insides of the chicken frame with
    - 2 tsp of salt, pepper, and Chinese 5 spice mix
    - marinate the inside chicken with your hands
    then we have to bath the chicken
    bathwater ingredients
    - half a wok of boiling water
    - 1 tbsp maltose syrup
    - 2 tsp bicarbonate soda
    - half a bowl of white vinegar
    - 3 tbsp diluted red vinegar for skin color
    hook the chicken head and dip in water first then use a spoon to bath the chicken while holding the hook for 5-10min
    hang in a clean and windy area to let dry, we prepared in the morning and the chicken body should be dry in the evening for deep frying
    deep-frying
    - we are using half a wok of sunflower oil/ cooking oil
    - deep-frying chicken for 25min as illustrated in the video
