Mark is right.. unless you hire hundreds of professionals and train them and be in many places, how do you scale? They can only fix so many in a day with their team and it would be very localized.. but they seem very smart and good luck to them!
These guys had such a great opening act. I wish they got a deal with someone, but after looking at the comments, it seems like their company is doing pretty well for themselves now. I wish them continued success :)
It’s a studio in LA so probably on the ground floor and not a skyrise like the background they are sitting in front of implies. They most likely just drove it right in there.
nah she would've complained that she didn't understand the business model and she'd be out especially since mark went out first and the rest went out like dominos for the same exact reason
Neat idea, but these entrepreneurs asked for the wrong investment. The real opportunity here is for a shark (or sharks) to invest in completing the development of the truck/kiosk strategy and then creating a franchising model that could be sold to other frustrated techies who want to work quit working for "the man" and start working for themselves. The back-end money in selling franchises (with royalties and annual renewals), trucks (with financing plans) and kiosks (with software upgrades and PM programs) could be huge - and scalable - making it an attractive opportunity for the right shark. Oh well.
When the shark them what are you going to do with the $150, my brain said donate it to charity. Lmao, that's the vibe I got from them. Wish they were in my neighborhood.
Barbara pops out of the ambulance with shock paddles on her chest and screams, "you three look like an Oreo cookie standing there, I hate cookies so I'm out!!"
The stoopit guy in the middle kept locking in on Damian, then Mark, then back on Damian again and again while ignoring Matt who was obviously interested. They thought selling it to a brother would work better instead of the impressed shark in Matt, and they so deserved to not have a deal by the end.
If I were them, I’d have asked for a $200K loan for 10% equity. Get the capital you need, mitigate the risk of being too early, and give the sharks enough skin in the game. The valuation was a bit too high for an unproven concept.
The ambulance is a better idea to come to ppl than make them go to a kiosk. People don’t wanna drop their phones and leave. What if someone robs the kiosk?
Why use the Motherboard, why not just use and upgrade your vending machines, makes say to do software, diagnosis and hardware, analytics, and partner with local, third-party repair shops?
They deserved a deal tbh, I see what they trying to do, I even see past their idea into how much bigger it could be. I would give them a deal, I love the sharks but sometimes they forget that if someone didn't take a chance on them they wouldn't be in the chair Also their knowledge and expertise would make the business a household name..
@@marchfifth1754 that makes no sense, Laurie could of made that brand a house hold name so could mark or anyone of them. That only look for the biggest deals sometimes not realizing that they could help make it that. But I guess your a shark and it's not worth your time and effort.
The guy in Chinese: "actually i can speak Chinese"
Lori in Chinese " thank you" 🤪
LMFAO 😭 love it when people act like they can speak a language and just know hello and thank you

Their best chance once they build the solid brand is to franchise.
Well you don't need to be national! Staying local

They could do it with Mark's money, but he wants his $ back in 5 minutes X100000.

Ahahhahaha hilarious 🤣🤣🤣
😂
😂😂
You're telling me ppl don't live with their spider web screens until it's time to upgrade?
These dudes are awesome, I don't care if they're uninvestable now.
Now? They never will be.
You didn't listen to *EVERYTHING* they said or even looked them up obviously.
Of course you don't care... It's not your money that's on the line...
who cares what you care. it matters what the sharks care

How they get a whole ambulance truck in there😂
Anything is possible in the Shark Tank 🤷🏼♂️

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 true
The studio is in a massive warehouse. The set takes up like 15% of the whole area.
The same way they bring cars into the mall.
Dawg 1:18 Is legendary! The "we paied that off already!"
One time I think Barb would have invested because she would have loved them.
nah she would've complained that she didn't understand the business model and she'd be out especially since mark went out first and the rest went out like dominos for the same exact reason
Can they talk faster? Also he said, 我会说中文。我的中文太好了“ "I speak Chinese. My Chinese is very good." And to that, Lori said, "thank you." LOL
😂
Haha nice
😂😂😂😂😂😂
For real haha! I had to re-listen because I was like is my Chinese that bad or did Lori just say thank you for no reason lmao.
Hahahahah lmaoo and she said shei shei instead of xie xie

And, make the ambulance an incentive for hitting certain metrics
so true. Absolutely smart
ABSOLUTELY. Franchising plan would take this to another level.
Franchising is definitely the way to go ,if McDonald's thought like these sharks they'd still be flipping hamburgers in one location
Matt is totally right, the need for screens specially phones is endless, they are on something big.
I would never, ever put my electronics into a kiosk and walk off. No way no how!!!
This was a great idea for a business. While it might be difficult to scale, the three of them definitely found a problem the consumer faces.
Any update on this company? He said iPhone seven 😂 were on the 14 💀

the kiosk should be in the super markets or shopping centre
