I think that one of the keys to the success of these videos is that DaThings uses multiple narrators across multiple regions (US has different narrators compared to Canada and other English regions). Additionally, it's great that he develops distinct personalities for each of the narrators. Deep-voice guy is a manipulative and violent Capitalist overlord. Regular-ass woman tends to just spout random shit or spork-tier homebrewed memes. And so on. It works really well.
