Then I went to one of their in contract stores for help and shockingly enough, my laptop was working just fine 😡but they also said to just erase everything and reinstall if it happens again bc it’s older laptop and there’s probably no more updates for it. I came home it was working for few days but it started to do the same thing again. So I’m gonna have to follow that estate and reinstall advice.
