Yea horizon is dog for handling but their motorsport does much better, love driving the ring on the latest one in a G80 M3, or new M2. Even the fwd cars handle as they should, civic type R is really good to drive lots of lift off oversteer into corners. Haldex behaves as it should do, perhaps a little too much wheel spin though. Still, fun to convert a mk7/8 golf R to rear wheel drive haha.
There was a different spec of this called the 03+ Racing (this was the 03+ TCR Cyan, hence the Cyan paint), but the Racing comes in all black, actually looks pretty sinister, kinda goes against it's trim name as it's not as "hardcore" as this trim is, it keeps the 10 way adjustable Bilstein coilovers, the twincharged Polestar 4cyl with 350hp and 300ft-lbs of torque(they are a tune away from 500hp), but you don't get the Sparcos, the cage, the Cup 2's (you get PS4S's instead), same brakes, same aero, same _optional_ carbon fiber widebody kit (wasn't shown/optioned here), and same Aisin 8spd tuned auto (Misha was mistaken calling it a DCT, it's not, there is a DCT, but only for the diesel trims), but instead of the TCR Cyan's FWD, you get AWD.... and it's almost 20k cheaper lol.... that's the one I'd get if I was in the market for one.... this thing makes great power with that twincharged 2L Polestar 4cyl (supercharged until the turbo spools, then the turbo takes over once it matches boost with what the SC is creating, so you always have instantaneous boost, hence why this thing was always pulling hard), and with AWD, it would be a little terror.... especially once you throw a good ECU tune on it, and...a smaller supercharger pulley for more SC boost as well as more turbo boost, ignition timing, and fuel mapping/corrections.... the manufacturer ran this car around the Ring with a tune at 500hp, and it lapped the Ring in 7min20sec.... that's 24secs faster than the Civic Type R.... I guarantee even at stock 350hp, this will beat that 7.44 time (and I think I read in one of the comments, that the owner of this car already beat that 7.44 with this stock car on a public session before Misha drove it by a couple seconds

@@Ps5prolite in China it goes basically the same as the fl5, about 55-60k usd after tax.
05:55 display of experience to hold back the passing of the q3 for couple of corners
This car is a litle beast, the acceleration is stupid fast i love it❤

Misha grande pilota....!! Ti sei mangiato la GT4 .... 👋👋👋Grande mezzo !! Complimenti a questo costruttore cinese
Props to China automotive industry, so much progress in so little time.
I like how you scrubbed in the tires at the beginning lol. You didn't rattle the passenger at all.
Usually I wouldn´t like a video that features a chinese car. But if it´s this good I can´t help to leave like and a comment! Perhaps that´s going to make the world a better place... Merry Xmas!
That's weird of you to say
Weird
mind explaining why? thats a very narrow minded take
stop falling for prop a ganda. stop hating anything because your government and media tells you to. ridiculous to do, its almost 2025 and still acting like this
according to his videos, hes probably just some generic right wing german who hates anything out of Europe for no reason. Not worth discussing 😌
I can tell by the number plate, this car is from my town in China...Changzhou
苏D
That thing is amazing! 😍
I love How All the cool parts are Stock on it! 😎
The owner looks like a really cool guy👍💪
Thank you EU regulators.
Thank you EU communism.
You really would buy an Chinese knockoff?
1/Knockoff of what?
2/ Yes, for half the price of any direct matchup.@@Helder_Paulo
@@Helder_Paulo I mean, everything is made in China. Especially EV parts, so really it’s a Chinese Original.
I’d much rather buy something quality controlled from China that something made in the US. Far more quality products leave China than the US.
There’s Chinese tat on the market, but it’s cheap. American tat is expensive and deceptive, kind of like their American Dream.
@@Helder_Paulowhy wouldn’t you. It’s better than anything european made, on it’s market.
FYI This car's MSRP is $57,500 in China
What? Where you find this cos I found that it’s £127,000
@@KeyBrosUKit's 420000RMB in China,that's 45900GBP
@@KeyBrosUK RUclips doesn't allow me to provide link, but if you search google in Chinese "领克 03+tcr 价格" you will find the price is 420,300 RMB
@@KeyBrosUK I'm Chinese. He's right. Due to the tariffs of many countries and the pressure of the government, Chinese cars are forced to raise prices abroad.
volvo/ focus XR5 is a slept on platform..
Better keep some distance, if you see the car on the track, they caused a crash at DSK Trackday and had some flimsy polish insurance.
Were there sparco shoulder belts? Why were they not used? The display (extreme left ) showed 100% to front. Possible AWD version?
You shouldn’t use 4 points without HANS it’s very dangerous, snap your neck dangerous. People who do are thick. Also, yep was thinking same thing must be a 4wd version of something anyway.
non TCR version, for average chin chan use has an AWD option. This one is FWD only
*porsche passes* : *euro beat intensifies*
Im just blown away about how excited you are about this. Nothing I saw was impressive. Not even a price point. 😂
Amazing so cool car from china i never see that! Nice :)

Ich schicke meine Adresse per pn😘❤🤗🖖🎄🦃
Super massive balls driving that thing on the green hell lol
for anyone wonder car is only sold in china, and it retails for around 55k
Yo misha, it's the same car that is selling here in Vietnam as a rival to the Civic Type R and Hyundai Elantra N as well, considering the landscape of performance sedans are still in its infancy and still very few people held the car with high regards.
Shout out to my bros in China. Normal people are just people who like racing cars. Hope to make it to Harbin and Chongqing in my life
The fact that Misha has a bilibili account blows my mind hahah
What an awesome car!
It looks awesome
Car Culture is becoming Chinese 🀄
It has an Audi steering wheel lol
Cool😳👌
This is definitely something different, very refreshing! Merry Christmas! 🎄
