PS What a gorgeous day you have there. We are experiencing poor air quality up here in Pennsylvania due to the Canadian fires. I did go out for 35 minutes because I have not been riding for a few days and just had to go for a little ride. I took you along with me!
I'm glad that I am not in the market for an e bike at this time, there is so much selection that I may buy something that is nice and next week they'll come out with something more desirable.
Hey Richard, Excellent review Richard, that little bike has some giddy up 30 mph my wife loves those saddle bags. Definitely a great bike for that price 👌👍👍
Wow, I have never seen a dual battery ebike. Very cool. This is a nice, great looking bike. I like the brown handle bar grips and brown saddle. The basket is a nice addition too. I am going to check out those saddle bags. I love them. I always wondered if saddle bags would fit a 20” wheel like I have.
Great review Richard. I like that they put a roller ball wheel in the center instead of a solid brace; if you mentioned that, I missed it. It would be nice if the mfg would put on the 11 tooth freewheel instead of the 14 tooth. It can't be any more expensive for them to make it with 11 teeth freewheel. Clicked on your link. Mihogo has several models, nice.
Hi like the informative video, would like to ask what your favorite top 5 e-bikes would be. I’m looking to buy 1 and this mihogo seems like a great bike. Thanks for your time…
I am a new owner of a Mihogo LX4.0. Both batteries are fully charged. When I insert only the battery in the downtube, lock it in place and lock the frame closed, the bike will not turn on. When I install the second battery behind the seat post and lock it in place, then the bike will turn on. But, with the bike turned on, if I pull out the second battery, the bike will shut off. With the bike turned on, and if I open the frame to disconnect the downtube battery, the bike will remain on. Is there something wrong with the battery or the connectors in the downtube? When the downtube battery is on the charger, the charger will be red until the battery is charged and then it turns green.
Robert the bike should work with either or both batteries in place and I have rode numerous times with only the rear battery. I don’t remember ever installing or removing either battery while the bike is turned on though. I will check my mihogo in the morning and let you know Richard
@@Rip1Outdoors By the way - I did a 10 mile ride after dinner. This bike is extremely nimble and very responsive and fast! After the 10 miles I was at 80% battery. I can't tell if I am drawing off both batteries or just the rear battery. This is my 6th ebike. I also currently own a Magicycle 26" Deer and a Magicycle 20" Ocelot Pro. Both are great bikes.
Robert. I verified this morning that the LX4.0 will work with only the downtube battery in place, only the rear battery in place or both in place. I would see if I could get in toouch with the customer service and see what they say. Kind regards Richard
Michael they state 80-120 miles. You know that will vary greatly. I am 6-0 230 lbs. I imagine I could get over 50 to 60 miles max. With all of these manuf that state the mileage, take what they state and figure the bike will get about half of that number and you will be pretty close. hope it helps Richard
Excellent review Richard the bike 🚴 really gets out and moves.Awesome picture of the bridge and beach my favorite.
Thank you rich!

Pedro that is always what happens to me especially in the drone market. We appreciate you
Street tires make a lot more sense than knobbies for these fat-tire e-bikes. It looks like it has nice power. Bafang motor is a plus.
Yeh they did real good Joe and were super quiet!
Just saw you posted 2 today! Answers lots of questions. What a bargain! Exceptional video Rich...You packed alot of info into it. Big Thumbs Up!

i agree Marilyn. It's a beautiful bike packed with nice features
Nice review, Richard. Thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Hi, does this bike has a "buttom" to accelerated or it just accelerated with the handle like a motorcycle?
Jose it does have a half twist throttle that you can accelerate to 28 mph or you can pedal with the pedal assist buttons

Yes I agree terry about the freewheel but it seems all manuf are stuck on the 14t.
