  • Sirena Yachts has done it again, this time in a smaller package! While having a shorter LOA, this vessel really packs a lot into a smaller footprint. Huge salon windows make for an open airy salon, with no blind spots.
    52'7" LOA
    16' Beam
    3'5" Draft
    502 gallons fuel
    60,000lbs
    Volvo D11 670hp
    Cummins QSB 6.7 550hp
    Stay tuned, plenty more videos to come!

      This is absolutely a great size for many styles of boaters. With the Sirena 58, I’ve seen many boaters make that their first larger vessel, and it’s absolutely doable as an owner/operator vessel, but I do also see that others feel the 58 is a bit “too big” and they would feel more comfortable with a smaller entry. The 48 hits that right on the head.
      Thank you for watching and commenting! Cheers!

    Been missing you Buddy - Very Awesome in 48 Feet . All I would add is Duplex fuel filters and would write a check. This has dethroned my favorite of all time the Fleming 55 !

    That is a lovely looking boat. Nice that they switched the controls to starboard, beside the side door as opposed to her bigger sisters that has the controls to port. I kinda wish they offer this in a coupe version like the 58.
    Question: Is this still a Category A yacht like her bigger sisters or has she been downgraded to B?

    • @ElevateYacht
      @ElevateYacht  Год назад +4

      Great eyes and attention to detail on this! Yes, starboard mounted lower helm is a great feature for sure. They DO offer the 48 in a Coupé version! Contact me when you’re ready to order and I’ll help you out :)
      Great question on the CE certification. While this vessel was still built with the high quality building standards of Sirena, the one factor that bumped this from a CE A to a CE B rating was the height to waterline ratio. The reason for this was that since they were making a slightly shorter vessel, if they kept the same ratio of height to waterline (which affects the rocking and seakeeping in heavy seas), the lower ceilings on the interior would make the inside feel small and cramped. The factory chose to sacrifice the A to B rating and go with taller ceilings which give it a much much more open airy feel. Easily seen in the huge salon windows and also experienced in the staterooms below. They did not build the vessel to any lesser standards and still put the thorough, high quality building standards to use in all other aspects.
      Thank you for watching and for the really good questions! Cheers

    Thank you! Couldn’t wait to see this boat and glad you are the first with a complete tour! Interested in how much storage aboard - galley, staterooms, salon? If you can get any detail that would be great. Thanks!

      Loved being able to quickly film and edit the video so we were the first ones with a review. Been that way for Sirena 48, 68 and 78 💪🏼
      I didn’t get any type of cubic footage numbers of actual storage calculation but from what I saw, and what Sirena usually does, it’s a great amount of storage. The forward berth in the VIP lifts up on huge gas struts to reveal a ton of storage beneath. Good size closets and many of them. All around great vessel. I was very very impressed.

    Great yacht! I never understood the expensive vases and decorative items on the countertops. I would be anxious that the stuff would fall off and break with rough waters. All in all, thanks for sharing this though, beautiful yacht

    • @ElevateYacht
      @ElevateYacht  Год назад

      Totally agree! Mostly these decorations are for staging purposes during boat shows and while vessels are for sale, much like staging a home or apartment. While they do make the vessel look nice, probably less practical when underway. A vessel like this which has a Seakeeper stabilizer, does help to lessen the rocking but still wise to tuck those items away.

    • @ElevateYacht

      Depending on how she’s built out with options, you’re liking at about $2mm for a nicely equipped vessel. That will likely increase for order outs of future vessels.

    They should do the same on the 58 with the cabinet on starboard side instead of the useless additional sofa and install this updated interior style.

    • @ElevateYacht
      @ElevateYacht  Год назад

      Having spent a lot of time on the 58, personally, I don’t think the starboard couch is useless. I find it quite functional. Wit that said, I don’t disagree that an interior styling update could be had. Thank you for watching and commenting! Cheers!

    • @ElevateYacht
      @ElevateYacht  Год назад

      A lot of variables here based on how the boat is specified and optioned out but for ease of numbers, our incoming, highly specked out version coming to the Great Lakes this spring with Seakeeper, upgraded Volvo engines and many more options, lists out at just over $2mm

      I can’t speak to other markets or countries, but I’ll say, the 48 that we have on order for the Chicago/Great Lakes market has a list price of $2.025mm. Tax and duties are paid separately and vary depending on state and country rules.

    • @ElevateYacht
      @ElevateYacht  Год назад

      This is the first I’ve heard of that vessel, so I did a quick search of it. Cool looks. The fact that it is a planing hull vs the Sirena being a semi displacement hull and a flybridge would give Sirena significantly more interior and exterior space. The Marex would likely be faster due to the hull design but Sirena more seaworthy, in my opinion without testing them out.
      Either way, cool to see a new vessel I haven’t seen before. Thank you for watching and sharing! Cheers 🙌🏼
