A thing I noticed with the third game: The Spy uses a friendly disguise while leaving spawn. This is good because he will get his next disguise faster and will not show up because of spawning wallhacks. If he wanted to do the same while disguised as an enemy he would have had to use cloak, which might be important later when you're deeper in enemy lines.
Main the class that you actually enjoy playing, and not the class that you want to, cuz let me tell you, dying 5 times in a row as a spy just because of random things is a pain in the ass. For example that single flame particle hitting you then that alrerts the enemy team, the back hitbox being a complete garbage and not being able to backstab that afk f2p heavy because of that, and overall the enemy being experienced. Ofc im not trying to tell you not to play spy at all, cuz obviously you can try, but if its really not working and you're not having fun at all, just dont force yourself.

@@DoubleTwo2AA If he is excited to get a pc so he can play tf2, he probably hasn't played it yet. Maybe on the ps3 or xbox 360? Either way not only is the pc version substantially different but my point still stands

im the third dude lamp towel is a name i came up with from looking at household objects i'm a 6s demo player but i saw the ping while coincidentally messing around with some dumb spy setups in a pub and just popped open obs i legitimately barely play spy i have 23.3 hours as of now pubs will be pubs though
Once I died when once i decloaked my strange cloak and dagger reached a new rank (server wide announcement) and the heavy just spun around and vaporized me and did the laugh taunt.
I think in game 2,the moment he shoots the sandvich eating heavy he should have gone for headshots,at least that will thin out his health enough for another revolver shot when he's done with the sandvich
Sadly, all I can do in Casual is prey to a God for a game without bots and good matchmaking(rare) In community servers there's a lot of 2Fort servers actually and that's all I can play. After 50 hours in 2Fort I know every corner where I can hide, surprise or ambush my enemies, about 100 points I can earn in here for 30min-1hour But then I find a Payload game without bots which is rare as I said, I'm just suck at Spy, yeah I got stabs sometimes, but not that often as in 2Fort
i also find it works best to aim where they're looking, but if you aim too far either way it won't work. you need to aim where they're facing for it to count as a backstab but not so far that you just swing at the wait next to them
200 hours isn't brand new, you can have good map knowledge with that many hours. Keep in mind 200 hours is about 8 full days of playtime, if you watch guides (he looks like he has because of a custom hud and good game settings) you can learn good map knowledge
there is only one trick to get good at spy. buy a good or expensive pc so it gives you a nice fps always. you always should have atleast minimum 150 fps if you wanna get good at trickstab. because to do trickstab or even a normal stab you need to be always close to people's face and that is very fps demanding thing specially if that player wearing unusual. that's why sniper is the least fps demanding class.

So I’m a new spy main and managed to completely accidentally get two matadors in a row, and now I’m opening my wallet so my spy can look cool.
