  • Cynthia Boehm grew up surrounded by traditional Indigenous beadwork in her hometown of Norway House, Manitoba, but never learned the craft herself as a child. At 50, she took up the needle to connect her to her childhood and culture, and she now shares the craft with others to keep it alive.
