That looked like a targeted hit just seconds earlier, cop did his job and being alone, first called for back-up, although the assumption was the driver was dying, and the assailants could be watching and circling the area. Worse than that, the victim or another occupant could've been hiding in the car and accidently return fire at the cop trying to help! RIP to the victim and prayers for her family.

Road rage incidents do not involve rifles and looking at the holes in the sheet metal and glass, it was at least a 7.62x39 round so it is pretty serious. This was not from an AR-15 rifle!!!
