so grateful to come across your channel this morning 🤍 i really appreciate the moments of quiet you leave throughout the class & how you mentioned you're continuing to be trained in different practices that interest you! as i'm fresh into my yoga teaching journey sometimes i feel i need to fill the moments of silence in my classes with cueing/talking, but i reaffirm myself with the quote "silence is not the absence of something, but the presence of everything" 🤍 also that quad stretch!!!! YUM!!!!😍

Thank you. I really enjoyed this practice, but I was frustrated that my knees went nowhere near the floor. Perhaps some cayenne pepper might help 😂 I am looking forward to learning more about tapping & bringing this into my practice in the future.
